Menards

As always, awesome products, some you can't find anywhere else, and great prices. I wanted to give a special shout out to the guy working at customer service. We were attempting to get a mobility cart for my mother but they had none. His name was Milton, and he went out of his way to try and find one, and even took my number so if one came available he could text me. More astonishing was the fact that he was young. Haven't had an employee care that much in a long time and it was awesome. Thanx Milton

THE place to get everything you need for your home projects. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great selection in all areas and a wider selection than Lowe’s or Home Depot. Also that 11% rebate is the best around if you don’t forget to send in your receipts. The kettle corn stand out front on the weekends adds a great vibe.

We just left Menards in O’Fallon Illinois, the employees at this location are so helpful.
We went to several departments and there was always someone willing to help us.
Logan helped us with working on an app in the store, he even took the time to go ask a manager how it would work on our phones since he had a different type of phone.
Jon in the flooring department was also very helpful for us with helping us choose different products. There was also another gentleman at the store in the flooring department, he was very helpful by explaining to us how different products work better in different areas of our home.
Every area we went to, there was always someone willing to help😊

I love the store. I’ve been going there since it opened. I’m a local business owner and I love the rebates but lately I’ve been getting followed around like a criminal. I don’t know if I fit some type of demographic or what but there is a security guard with a limp mohawk that keeps following me around. He tries to be sneaky, but he’s not very good at it. On one Occasion I was buying a refrigerator I had my eight-year-old son with me. Another occasion, I was just buying Christmas gifts with the rebates with my wife. I caught him and called him out on it, and then he waited by the door for me as if I was going to run out with a cart full of stuff. What do I have to do to prove you guys Im not a degenerate.

Large variety of home improvement items, outdoor lawn and gardening items, outdoor decor, tools, plumbing and electrical supplies, lumber, appliances, flooring, etc. and reasonable prices.

Menards is a great place to shop there saying fits right in. If you are not sure on what that is it is ( save big money at Menards.) I have gone to Menards for a very long time now and have left with such good things. During winter / Christmas they have an area that has Christmas trees and lights that you can buy. There are tools that you can get wood, clothes, and other things. That is just a little that I can say about Menards there is so much more but you just need to know the basics.

General store manager Scott & assistant manager Brin are the best. They are very professional! They took care of my issues above & beyond.

Mikael was phenomenal! I told her the vanity I wanted, and she loaded it up for me and sent it to the back of the store to be picked up. She also helped find the faucet and hoses I needed to hook it up. Niko and Noah also helped me pick out a floor, load it up, and brought it to the back to be pick up. Everyone was extremely helpful!

Great hardware store for all your home improvement & construction projects. Also has those essential groceries also. This is a one-stop wonder for all your home shopping needs. Their regular 11% off rebate sales allows future cash back on purchases.

My husband and I stopped in today. We picked up a wireless charger for my husband's apple iPhone. The package wasn't clear on what devices it supported. We stopped a worker, I believe her name was Jen, and asked her. She took her time and was very patient with us. She even looked up on her phone how to check my husbands phone to see if it was compatible. We took the chance not knowing if it would work or not. We got home and got it set up. My husband's phone was able to charge!!

Staff is always friendly and helpful. The rebates are nice, and I can typically find what I'm looking for.

Place is amazing. It has literally everything you need and a ton of stuff you don't but you'll probably end up buying anyways. I could literally spend hours here. They also have floor cleaners that drive themselves around the store which is basically free entertainment. Living in 3021.

We have used this store many times and have always had a great experience. I can't speak highly enough of Scott, who is the GM of this store. There was a mishap and somehow the delivery for a large order we made got cancelled. Scott bent over backwards to make sure we got our materials as soon as possible and was overall very understanding and helpful. Scott deserves a raise.

Update 5/21/18 The issue we have been having with our under mount sink purchased at Menards in O'fallon, IL manufactured by Midwest Manufacturing is improving. We are seeing less rust with each weekly cleaning. I'm not sure that this trend will continue, but we are hopeful. I believe it is the way the sink is manufactured that is the issue. At the bottom of the sink where the drain attaches there is a dip in the bowl, just about a half inch all the way around. This seems to cause water to sit all the time after being used as it forms a very small depression where the metal drain fixture attaches to the bowl. If the situation changes I will update.

Recently My wife and I noticed that the base of or bathroom sink is showing some small patches of rust. I'll try to attach a photo. We stopped by Menard's to discuss the problem and see what could be done to fix the problem. Unfortunately they were very dim,missive of our issue and basically told us that we should contact the manufacturer. We contacted the manufacturer who wanted us to forward pictures of the issue to their customer service. They then sent me instruction on how to mount and undercounted sink. I let them know that they had sent me the wrong instructions and they sent back a suggestion of three different cleansers we should use to deal with the rusting. Well this problem occured after only ten months of purchase and nine months of use. I am not satisfied with the results from Menard's nor the manufacturer and I would no longer recommend doing business with either company. Mike Quirin

Recently remodeled our bathroom and purchased the cabinets at their store in O'Fallon, Illinois. The associate there was Katelyn and she was just great. She new the products, the cabinets, the countertops and was extremely helpful. The finished cabinets turned out beautifully and we are very happy with the result. Thanks Katelyn! Mike and Julie

I was very pleasantly surprised to receive outstanding customer service at this store (in which I had never been before). I walked in Tuesday morning needing an auto bulb and immediately received a friendly greeting by a customer service person who directed me to the appropriate aisle. When I reached the aisle another employee immediately graciously helped me find what I needed. Checking out was quick. All employees I encountered were very nice, friendly and willing to help.

The only thing I would like to see is maybe more wheelchairs. This store only has 1.

I love this place! Service is pretty friendly and I can usually find what I need. Not to mention I can pickup my home remodeling items AND some groceries & personal care items while I'm here. Staff has always been friendly, with check outs being a breeze. The kids love the little Xmas tree set up, and did I mention the rebates?!? This location has always been super clean, and I've never had any issues with picking up in-stock items I've found online.

Employees are great and the customers are very helpful
