Dierbergs Markets - Green Mount Crossing

I always get great service in the Shiloh Dierberg's seafood department from a gentleman with salt and pepper hair, wearing glasses. Around Christmas, I am checking daily for the fresh oysters shipment. I came into look and he said he had already had them bagged and waiting.
So very thoughtful. Above and beyond customer service.

They always have what you're looking for. You will probably pay a little more, but they have all kinds of choices, and things you didn't even know you wanted.

I also like how if you buy fresh seafood from them, they will cook it while you shop or wait. That way you know those lobster tails or crab legs are cooked to perfection, and you don't spend alot of money, take it home, and ruin it.. because I have no clue how to cook that stuff..

Their produce is fresh,, so is their sushi. Sushi us also not badly priced, and it tastes really good. You wouldn't know it came from a grocery store. They also have a good variety of it, and will make special requests also.

Their meat department is really good, and fresh. I personally like to buy their stuffed chicken breasts. They are really good. The kabobs are very good as well.

There are so many pros to shopping here. The only con is its more expensive than if you go to Aldi, Walmart, or Sam's. But if you're going to Schnucks or Fresh Thyme, their prices are very comparable.

A little pricier than other grocery stores on average, but they have great products, and some that I can only find there. I particularly like the Kalona low temp pasteurized, cream-top milk. Other people do too, apparently, as I seem to take the last few jugs every time.

If you like organic food you'll love this market they carry large selection organic products. This is a large market with many products and, fresh produce to choose from. I spend a lot of money here on organic products to stay healthy. It's a great place to shop.

Dierbergs has great produce and they also have a lot of fresh fish. They also have a lot of beef choices but they're usually pretty expensive.

Clean, modern, well stocked with fresh produce/meat, and friendly helpful employees! Moving around the U.S. in the military over the past 25 years, I've seen a lot of supermarkets. Dierbergs is the best (HEB in TX second)! If you live close enough to shop here, you won't find better.

I mostly go in for the fresh fruit / veggies and cheese. Decent variety of cheeses. Ready-made meals are perfect when you’re on your own and don’t feel like cooking too much.

I really like the layout of this Dierbergs. The veggie section is pretty open and they have a great selection. Their self checkout area was really easy to get through.

Always enjoy shopping here. Plenty of inventory. Lots of unique items not found in many other major shopping centers. Staff is eager to assist when necessary. I particularly enjoy their meat section which for me seems to have the best values in the area.

Phenomenal experience just now. Was at the shopping center for another business nearby and decided to check Dierbergs for a couple hard to find items I haven't been able to locate for weeks in numerous stores I've checked across town, and in other towns too on travel. Found both here on the same trip. And if that wasn't already a win, there were open cashiers and self checkout to choose from, AND IT ONLY GETS BETTER, they had multiple self checkouts that accept cash!!! OMG, I'm so appreciative of this!!! I do carry cash for small grab and go purchases and I hate using my card every time for buying small or singular items. Happy that I found what I was looking for and had choices that suited my preferences at the checkout.

This is one of the greatest grocery stores I've ever visited in the United States. The selection of products is beyond almost any other store you'll find. The store is actually much bigger on the inside than the exterior lets on. It's always very clean and very well stocked. The shelves are always well organized. The lighting is really pleasant as opposed to hospital-like environment in a lot of grocery stores. They have a lot of prepared meals ready to heat and eat which have all been fantastic so far. Self-checkout is always my preference these days and I'm easily annoyed when self-checkout systems are clunky to use, and I'm happy to report that Dierberg's self-checkout systems are very responsive and easy to use. They are renovating a part of the store right now but the workers on that job are working over night so it doesn't effect the people shopping there. I've just recently moved to Illinois from the Southeast and I must say I am delighted to have this store near me.

By far, my FAV grocery store in St Clair County!!! Best salad bar. Best produce. Made to order Sushi and Smoked Salmon are outstanding too! Service and cleanliness is good. Always shop the corners and you can't lose.

We get the majority of our groceries here and the produce stand. You can get some things cheaper at other grocery stores, but overall the prices are pretty good. The staff is awesome, everyone always stays hi or offers a smile, even at 6:30 in the morning. The store is clean and I love the bulk section, you even get a small bulk discount. They never complain about our reusable bags and I love that they offer paper bags too.

It's an awesome store!!! It's always got a huge selection of just about everything you could possibly want or need as far as groceries and produce...
& They also have a whole bunch of health and beauty products/ Some of the best skin care & make up of all kinds☺ To be honest I was shocked to see all the different varieties and types of household items & cleaning products that they carry!!! I'm pretty sure that if your not already a regular customer then once you get the chance to check them out you will be sold on Dierbergs quality products and service!!

Parking was not difficult, considering the location. Employees greeted with a smile and the checker smiled as leaving. Obviously the selection is above standard!

Dierberg's is a great place to shop. They usually have reasonable sales with no special cards needed. Always clean , and very helpful Crew. The store itself is very organized, the staff is extremely friendly, they have a little of pretty much everything you can think of. Quality food with decent pricing. The fruits and vegetables are fresh. The sushi is quite good too.

Great store for groceries. The selection is top notch and the quality is always good. They have a prepared food sections that has a good selection of food that would make a great lunch stop. The staff is always friendly and you never have to bag yourself like some other stores in the area because they are staffed properly.

Love this store. No Whole Foods near by but they do a lot of fresh produce from local farms. Meat is usually superior to any other chain. Prepared foods are good. If you love to cook you will find what you are looking for.

I almost always find what I'm looking for at this store. The produce section is pretty good. They have a bulk section, a deli, fresh meats and seafood, a bakery and a reasonable selection of wines, beers, liquors. Sometimes I even get sushi which is not bad for a local supermarket. Their prices don't compete with discount stores, but their quality and variety can't be matched by the discount stores either. The ambience is always nice. The store is clean and the staff ate usually friendly.
