Our food was the quality that you have come to expect from excellent Cracker Barrels. We were seated immediately. The highlight of the visit was our server, Hannah. She was such an attentive, sweet person. We asked to speak with the manager because we were so impressed with her. If you eat at the O'Fallon, IL, Cracker Barrel, hopefully you will have Hannah.

Ben (or Frank, Tommy or Toby) did an amazing job - very friendly and accommodating to our boys who had unique requests, and was just overall great at what he does. Especially since he gracefully allowed my SO to call him the wrong name 🤣🤣🤣 I always enjoy eating here but he went over and above!

Our server was absolutely amazing. He was an older gentleman and he interacted with our kids, even our 3 year old grandson and kept them laughing. He made sure all our drinks were refilled on a timely manner, explained to our 9 year old about how many dimes will fit in a root beer bottle. The food was delicious but not as good as the service

Mark is the best server we've had at any restaurant! The sampler was great as always, and filled up both my wife and I plus had leftovers. The beignets were good as well. The amount of food for the price you get is hard to find anymore.

This is Dennis & Debra Tate family. Our waiter was Mark, and he was fantastic. It was a slow night, but was the single best visit to Cracker Barrel we have at C B. We are Great Grandparents with 3 little girls, 34 months, 18 months, and 4 months. The young ladies that seated us were very accommodating. 5 stars is not enough, to rate our visit. Everything was lovely, food great as usual, our waitress was the best. The only area of missed opportunity was our hostess Meg, she did not smile, make eye contact, or use a pleasant tone when she sat us and when my Husband said thank you she did not reply, then when I smiled and said thank you again because maybe she didn't hear him, she replied with a grimace on her face in a very mumbled tone like she hated being there "thank you" and never made eye contact. Maybe management can offer her some encouragement and tell her she's doing a wonderful job giving her reason to be happy to be there.

Our server was superb - the 4 stars on the apron were deserved - attentive but not intrusive. Fine meal - no problems and enjoyed shopping some as well.

Oh well I'm loosing weight well. Greens with tomatoes and onions and pepper vinegar corn bread 3 times a week. Home style chicken breast 2 days a week. So delicious. I am at 211.8 as of today. Always strawberry lemonade with my meal and H2O. I feel good and so happy. Your rewards program is wonderful. Keep the greens ready! I should be at 199.5 and in a 14 by end of February. Brought my friend for his birthday. Our waiter Mark was THE BEST waiter that I've ever had in my life! He thrives on giving great service! He even bought a gift for the both of us with his own money! He totally impressed us both! I recommend this place to everyone!

everyone is always friendly, service is great! ive been to cracker barrel in serveral states and even on the busiest day the service is excellent. only downfall is i just cant get outta the store!!! love cracker barrel!

There is a wide selection of food to choose from. It's a little noisy But worth it. Our waitress was very friendly And attentive to our needs. And most of all I love the attached country store they have my lot to choose from .

Classic CB experience. Seated right away, friendly efficient server, and comfort food. Hash brown casserole could have been warmer...

Between the great food, good atmosphere, and far beyond excellent customer service…this Cracker Barrel made you feel like you were back home in your grandparents kitchen eating dinner as your passing through town.

We love Cracker Barrel food is good and service is good. There is a young man that works at the Shiloh restaurant he is a outstanding server he mostly works in the evening
