I went to Kloss almost a week ago after a parent had to go through an emergency total hip replacement. I was looking for a lift chair to accommodate them and needed it quickly. When I entered, Angela B. greeted me almost immediately and delivered incredibly empathetic and effective service. Without knowing too much about my situation, she discerned all the relevant details and asked the right questions. With less than an hour left in the work day, she introduced us to Kloss's great collection of lift chairs and listed off different factors that we should be considering as first-time lift chair–buyers. Kloss was able to provide our chosen chair that day, understanding that the people who are buying these chairs often need them as soon as possible. I am immensely grateful for her service and for Kloss. The patient loves the chair!

She first asked us what we were looking for showed us cheaper options then everything else.
She was amazing even though I was difficult making a decision she was very patient with us and explained all of our options.

Great prices. Bought La-z-boy, and what Kloss offered was more comfortable and more affordable than the La-z-boy retail store I visited.

Angela Brown was fantastic! Ms. Brown was friendly and efficient. She gave my wife and I space to try furniture by ourselves instead of awkwardly hovering around like I've experienced with other sales people.

I will likely shop at Kloss in the future, and that is primarily because of the service provided by Ms. Brown.

Kloss furniture was great! Hannah worked with us and provided us with a detailed breakdown of the items we wanted to purchase. We used that to shop around and ended up back at Kloss. We purchased from Kloss because we liked the quality of the furniture as well as the value. We also liked the 36 months 0% financing that Kloss offered.

Fantastic experience with LaToya. We visited twice in 3 days and she spent almost 5 hours with us. We looked at several pieces of living room furniture as well as mattresses. We were never rushed and she answered all of our questions. Excellent service!

Paul was amazing every step of the process of finding a new couch that fit my budget. After testing out a few couches, Paul was able to suggest a couch that felt amazing. Kloss Furniture will be my first stop for any future furniture needs!

Our experience as we walked into Kloss Furniture Store was amazing.
When my husband and I entered the store, we were greeted with a warm and friendly smile by a young lady named Latonya.
She gave us an overview of the store and allowed us to browse on our own. Approximately 10 minutes later or less, she brought us a bottle of water and asked if everything was ok.
My husband I went separate ways but continued to look around. We both found something we liked and lo and behold we set eyes on the same sofa and love seat combination. Not only did we purchase that set, we also purchased a kitchen table and chair set. We accomplished a task that we talked about but had no intention of it being today.. Because of the amazing service we received from Latonya, our search ended with amazing service here at Kloss Furniture Store in O'Fallon Illinois.
Thanks Latonya so much for making everything so easy for us. We will come back again.

Paula was amazing! She has a good sense of style, and gave us great recommendations. She was very knowledgeable on all products. She guided us in helping us find the best fit for our needs and style. The salesperson (John I think!) was incredibly helpful and the guy who wrapped and loaded the furniture was so sweet. They both made my experience at Kloss a great experience, and I love my desk and cabinet.

Kloss sold me 2 bedroom sets recently and an electric leather recliner during covid. Their furniture is nice an holds up. Looking forward to delivery for beds.
