Ashley Store

We went to Ashley Furniture to find a living room set to replace our 12 year old set. When we entered the store we were pleasantly greeted by a sales person. She ask us what we were interested in and then guided us to the area that we were interested in. She answered all of our questions. Her listening and communication skills are excellent. Her knowledge of the products are excellent.
I highly recommend the Shiloh Ashley Furniture.

My experience with Ashley’s was Awesome. Helen my salesperson was Great. The guys that delivered and set up my furniture was the Best. They were very nice and professional. Setup was fast and courteous. I would definitely shop there again after I get this bill down.😂😂And will refer to my Friends and Family. Thank You so much for the Great Customer Service.

The entire experience was awesome from picking out my chair, to paying for it, to delivery. My salesperson was the sweetest person ever. The delivery guys were awesome and personable too. I was also pleased with how quickly they were able to schedule the delivery. Thank you all for making my first purchase from Ashley a pleasant one. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I had a great experience with purchasing my couch at this Ashley store. I was very comfortable when dealing with them. I felt they worked with me for fair pricing. I will return for my next home furnishings!

We really enjoyed our shopping experience with Robert. He was very friendly and provided great information on the available mattresses. He was very patient and listened as we kept changing back and forth between the products.

My experience at Peerless was absolutely fantastic, the salesman that helped me was a guy named Pail and he did an awesome job!!! Great looking furniture in the store.

It was a pleasant visit, as well as was the Sale. Associates, Robert and Zach, were very knowledgeable and very informative in helping with my needs in selecting the perfect mattress for my needs. Would definitely refer others in need of acquiring a future mattress/ bed set.

The delivery guys brought my new furniture and set it up for me today. They made sure I was happy with the couch & chair. Then they placed them in the appropriate spots. The guys were very efficient & friendly. .They did a very good job. I'm very happy with the furniture and the service.

Kecia was great! Every time I've gone into the store, she has greeted me with a smile. The sofa I purchased is awesome. I'll ask for her when I return.

In just a few words. Keisa is by far the best customer service person I have ever run across. She was patient, kind, INFORMATIVE, She knew when and when not to talk ( the true mark of a good member of any team).

I had a great shopping experience at Ashley's! My salesperson Nizel took all the time needed to make sure my furniture selections were fitted to my needs I had expressed.
Also my price points were taken into consideration as well as the quality and benefits of the items I had to choose from. Manager Robert at this location also was very courteous and helpful when final selections were decided upon making sure I was given discounts available to me at this time. The sales person, Helen Forbes, was efficient, kind and courteous, and I walked out of the store having purchased a sofa to be delivered expeditiously.

The sales person was real nice and answered all the questions we asked. He also explained to us about the warranty informations.

This place is well funished with many different options for every possible taste.

The staff is friendly and willing to throughly go over their deals and specials to help you make the right purchase for you. Calvin in mattresses was very knowledgeable and was very down to earth while talking with us. Made us feel confident about which mattress would suit our health needs.
