Had a great experience with Allison in customer service! She helped me out when I had my whole family with me and our Apple Pay was not working. She was resourceful and did AMAZING!

Went to get paint, dreading it as it's usually such an ordeal that takes forever. Not this trip. The guys were knowledgeable, nice, and helpful. I had my paint in 10 minutes. Wonderful experience.

Jake, Alejandro and Grayson went above and beyond, working as a team, to assist me with locating 4 items I desperately needed (before the seasons changed and the store closed), after 2 other stores did not and I nearly gave up. Harold and Edgar were resourceful, as well. Much appreciation to these hardworking men, for their excellent service. This store’s floor team is amazing!

Beyond just products, the ambiance created in-store, with dimmed lights and themed music, genuinely enhances the shopping experience, making it feel like a Halloween event in itself. One can truly appreciate the effort and thought Home Depot puts into curating their Halloween collection, ensuring that customers have everything they need to make their celebrations memorable.

Clean, quiet, not crowded so I was able to take my time in gathering all my products to purchase from this wholesaler.

Raul in the Paint Dept. was helpful and knowledgeable, an asset to Home Depot.

I like to hear the price of the reasonable and I always will stock they always have things that I need and they're very eager to help their customers excellent parking and handicap available with electric scooters if you need them

Recently bought a washing machine here & the customer service was excellent. Ian & Beatriz were awesome. They made sure I had all the parts to get my machine hooked up & working. Great price too!

I absolutely love the Home Depot. They have everything I could possibly need to get every project for inside my home and out. I love going inside and looking at all of the different selections of products they have readily available. Easy to locate items once you figure out that there is three rows of thousands of o items. Product description is posted clearly at the end of every isle. I have found a lot of really good deals in the Northtown location. It’s definitely my favorite store as far as product availability. The staff there are lacking in communication skills and customer service. But hopefully that will change soon. All in all, I would recommend this location!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Thank you Rebecca for making my home depot trip less stressed. I normally don’t like going because I just get sent to an aisle without some guidance. But Rebecca helped me find all my things I needed and helped every step of the way! Even when she didn’t know she didn’t just send me to the next person but came with me to ask. I really felt like she went over and beyond! I will definitely be going back to that Home Depot

I went here a few times to get some stuff to fix and maintain my mobile home. Each time I went there the staff where really nice and helpful.

The things I gotten was a faucet, paints, few tools. Also I did a little of landscaping too which they had what I need.

So, yeah I had no complaints about this place.
