This is the place for the doityourself people and the professionals as well. We are really lucky to have two locations in our area. They are very active with great e-sales, so get on the Mail list. You will get coupons for bigger savings. I'm a fan!

My favorite Harbor freight around Reno and Sparks. They always have stock. The employees here are also top-notch. I wanted to get a big item (drill press) and an employee took the little ticket, while I continued shopping, went and checked the availability of said item, and then came and found me in the store in order to accommodate me. Usually, you have to go to a register and stand there and wait to be acknowledged, then wait for them to check on the item and then wait for it to be brought up front.

Andre NEEDS A RAISE!!! I came into the store looking for a generator at 7:00pm. Andre was the first one to help and spent a good 20 minutes answering my questions and helped find what I needed. Extremely respectful and had a great attitude. Give this man a raise.

Great deals wide selection of tools and new stuff coming in all the time

HF hardly ever disappoints. Courteous staff,easy returns and great prices.

The store manager Rob is the best of the best. Greatest guy in the entire world and his beard is amazing. I'd recommend going there just to meet Rob in person and checking out his wonderful beard, maybe he will let you touch his beard. Ooh and the store is really well kept and clean. But for real, Rob needs a raise for how great of a person he is. 10 thumbs up for Rob representing harbor freight like a real boss. Goooooo Rob!!!!

Good place to buy inexpensive stuff

During covid-19, this place has held up better than most as far as supply. Always get a great deal or price. The new auto applied coupon is a nice feature. My only complaint is the Reno location could use more help on the floor. Not enough to take a star off for.

Good products at good prices with exceptional staff. After wandering the aisles for some time to find a specific item I asked one of the cashiers. I was directed not only to the correct aisle, but to the correct shelf. Item in hand, I paid for my assorted purchases. Exceptional staff!

Not as affordable as they once were, but still a great deal ! I like this chain, but having found this store a month ago, it's the best store in our area.

The store was well stocked with sale and regular merchandise. The staff was professional, polite and attentive.

Tools best price sometime the guility lacks. If it something you don't use a lot it's cool but if it's going to get used hard and put away dirty. Go for a better brand. Got a new line of hand tools look good but cost much more .

Just be aware that there isn't a well known brand name to be found here. If price or quantity are more important than quality then this place is the place for you. I'm not dissing Harbor Freight, it's just a fact. Hey, they have a good return policy, that's all that really matters.

Had a return with a hiccup (of course) the nice lady took care of me without hesitation. Kinda refreshing these days.

This place is the best. You can buy decent quality tools for a fraction of the price at other tool stores (HD) (LOWES) the store was clean and I found a 1.5 tin floor jack for 80$ great deal and the best thing about harbor freight is the location down south town and one in sparks so you can get your tools anytime of the week. The quality of thier products I rate 1 amd a half thumbs up the cost of thier products I give 2 thumbs up with a full Z twist and a half circle with 2 root beers and a orange.

I didn't see any freight or harbors. They did have cheap tools and accessories for things to fill your masculine urges. Like breaking something 5 times before you do it right.

This new store is awesome. So much nicer that the one in Reno. Isles are open. Selection is good and the staff is friendly. Store is nice and clean. Hope it stays this way.

I love this store. Friendly people and great prices. Bought a bright headlamp and I just love.
