There is an extremely Charming older gentleman named Jimmy that you can find on the front end. I normally see him at the doors greeting everyone, but today he was in self checkout. He made me and my girlfriend, Verenice laugh with glee. My girlfriend is a Winco shopper. She told me that Jim has changed her opinion of Walmart and because of him she and her family will be back.

I was very grateful to Josie and Daisy in the pharmacy for helping me navigate a very complicated prescription problem. Because she was helpful both on the phone and in the store I am transferring all my prescriptions to Walmart on 2nd street!

Im traveling for work and a few of the items I needed were behind security glass. John from jewelry/ apparel was quick to respond when I hit the button and even did the check out transaction so I didn’t have to wait in line. I was in and out in 15 minutes. I appreciate his quick response and customer service.

This Walmart seems to be pretty well stocked which is nice. Layout different than Spanish Springs store so took awhile to find items..but they were there when u finally located them.

we frequent these store as a place to get supplies. We also learned that returns are available as well so if we look to not still be interested in some things like what we have bought them the customer service desk can.

I’m giving the 5 stars specifically to Leah in the pharmacy!! Knowing I couldn’t afford the prescription along with knowing the urgent care doesn’t do insurance pre authorizing… this is the second time that urgent care left me hanging with same symptom same prescription same unfortunate insurance that doesn’t cover the best medication she went beyond and I got what I needed a little different that what I wanted. You can’t always get what you want but if you try sometime you get what you need!!! Thanks to Leah!!!

Cody is such a HUGE help, he really shows a great customer service attitude and helped me after sitting for FIFTEEN minutes waiting for someone to come unlock the Razor blade case so I could get some razors.. thank you Cody for actually caring! You rock! If not for you Walmart would be getting negative stars from me if I could give them!

Great location. They had everything I needed for my trip to Tahoe. Especially tire chains in many sizes!

The store was fine I'm just sad that people have to steal so much that things have to be locked up😞

I used this place as there are no stores in Truckee for those who are looking for big box stores..it was conveniently located nearby the hotel where I stayed.

Nice place to shop , very familial and ethnic friendly & variety selections ,a place to be amongst the township & everything is fresh in grocercies area, I enjoyed being there for hours browsing , pleasant Bi-ligual in English & Spanish staff on the floor. Everyone feels comfortable there who shops and has a great view of the way Sierra Madre-Lake Tahoe, across the road from beautiful GSR. You have Travel friendly feeling there & Hosts are fun & likable.
The Drive thru Pharmacy in rear of lot is a good feature, indoor Pharmacy very accurate & quick.
Bus stop,Taxi and parking lot safety -all 5 Stars.

I have visited numerous Walmart stores over the years, and I can say this one was better organized and clean. One of the customer service reps were great helping me out, but I heard another making fun of a customer. Smh

Great place for you can shop in Patterson, great prices if you ask me

I haven't been to this location in a while. The parking lot isn't super easy to get in and out. However, they have upgraded a ton inside! It's cleaner, the employees seem happier, and they have more options available than ever before! I will come back to this location more often!

Walmart always clean and helpful with me when I'm ask a question them are really to answer any more questions to them

Went to Walmart in Reno because my local store in Payson Arizona was out of car chargers. I need the C-type, which I had a couple of choices.
Sylvia waited on me she was very helpful and I was on my way in no time. This store has a Home department which my store doesn't.
