Y'all, I have been a tmobile customer for 16 years. I have never once had a good or even decent interaction with any of their employees or reps. And especially not when buying a new device. But the two guys that were working at this store today were EXCEPTIONAL employees and provided the kind of customer service that only exists in stories anymore. Sure, they made their sales and they deserved them! They also saved me a TON of money. They found the most reasonable deal for me and were so patient and went soooo above and beyond. The world needs more employees like them. I cannot commend them enough!

I needed to update the phone I'd had for the last four years. My wife and I stopped by mid-afternoon and Brandon gave us a good deal on a plan (added me to my wife's plan) and I picked up a new phone. He also transferred over all my contacts to the new phone, for which I was very grateful. First class service!

The Best Customer Service Experience in 4 decades has been my pleasure to interact with. The associate's at this location have always out performed all the other locations for Cell Phone expertise knowlege, Technical Assistance and excellent communication skills with the general public. Remember how that use to be in the 70s when you could talk to a person face to face who enjoyed helping " The Customers " rather than being treated like another number and everybody was on Lunch Break eating a Happy Meal. This location and its staff do it the Old Fashioned way. Your gonna get your questions answered and your Cell Phone technician issues addressed too.

Came in for a new SIM card after I left my phone for tribute to the Truckee River. Was in and out within 5 minutes. It was fantastic!

I walked this afternoon,Shelbee & Sam greeted me as i walked through the door.I came into the store getting info on an Android device,Sam was very helpful with the information i needed.I will for sure come back to this store,very friendly and resourceful information everytime i need help with my account and or adding lines!

Came to upgrade my phone from a outdated broken piece and the staff guided me well to what fit me and my device needs.also was paired with a home sync and badass bluetooth speaker!ashley helped the whole time and was attentive and not too pushy.loved the feeling walking out and suggest the company and great local service.

Store is under new management! Now that they have a new manager the store is always clean and has a good atmosphere. The staff is friendly and always willing to help!
