This is the best Home Depot in Washoe County for one reason only…Jerry! I moved out of the Sparks/Spanish Springs area and will make the 30+ minute drive to this Home Depot,because Jerry always makes my experience there worth it! He is always so kind and funny and happy, he can be caught singing and dancing out in the rain while collecting carts and always has time to stop and say hi and make you feel like you are the most important person in the world. He is the most amazing man and the best reason to come to this particular Home Depot. My family loves you Jerry Thank you for being the BEST part of Home Depo in the Sparks/Spanish Springs area!!!

The store has helpful employees, eager to assist with any questions. Before stepping foot into the store you will likely be greeted by Jerry! He is happy, welcoming, inviting, and a cheerful face before you even shop! On weekend mornings his voice makes our day! You will find him helping customers, chiming in about the latest sports happenings, and just creating that customer service relationship that so much of the world lacks. Give him the recognition for employee of the month, community selected! :)

We love this Home Depot because of Jerry. He is possibly the coolest person I have ever met, and always ready to help. He is fun, hilarious, and kind. His carefree and genuine attitude is inspiring and a breath of fresh air in a world where most people make it feel like you are inconveniencing them while they are on the job. Not Jerry, though. Make him Employee of the Year!

Jerry is the most genuine man. We don’t know him personally, but every time we go to Home Depot & he’s there we leave with smiles on our faces. He’s got the best personality and so full of life. He’s so helpful and truly shows he loves what he does. He is the most deserving employee and makes Home Depot a better place to shop.

I will not go to any other Home Depot as the best customer service is provided by a gentleman by the name of Jerry! My husband and I talk about how lucky Home Depot is to have such an incredible employee. His professionalism, kindness, and above and beyond customer service is second to none. Thank you Jerry! I came in to get paint for my house and was greeted graciously by an associate named Tyler Baxter. He had excellent customer service and I will be back in. Definitely recommend my friends coming to see him.

Jerry is the highlight of every trip to Home Depot. Even if I don’t interact with him personally on a given occasion, I always enjoy hearing his interaction with other customers. He is ALWAYS ready to drop what he is doing to help anyone and there’s truly no way you could be in a bad mood around the guy! His energy is contagious!

Jerry the greeter is awesome….this guy has worked there for years and he deserves “employee of the month “ for his recognition! He always lights up with a smile when he greets me and my family including our dogs. , Please recognize him!

Widest selection of hardware and home building materials at the lowest prices. Make sure to do price comparisons as Home Depot will match it. This is our home project central!
Since our last post some 2 years ago, Home Depot has done a lot to improve the customer experience. Shelves are better organized and well-stocked with most items. The whole store has a cleaner and more inviting vibe. Staff professionalism, courtesy, and product knowledge have also increased greatly.
Kudos to Home Depot!

I skip every location in the Reno sparks area just to come to this location because of Jerry. That man is the absolute best. Hard worker, always in the best of moods and knows everyone. He's truly the heart and soul of that place. WE LOVE YOU JERRY!

Had a great experience, found just what we were looking for! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Shout out to Doug in the key department, he was super great and knowledgeable. Chain selection was okay but I wouldn’t say it was great, boyfriend left a bit disappointed on that front. Good music playing, that’s always an added bonus. Self check or worked real slick, overall definitely recommend this location for all your home improvement needs!

Jerry, he is usually out front or by the door, has a smile and welcomes everyone. He wants to know how everyone is doing and is very helpful. He is a wonderful person and should be employee of the year. Jerry makes this store great with his positive attitude, great energy, and warm smile. Jerry is always available to help.
