Nee How Chinese Food Market

I love going to this store. They have a nice selection of fresh produce as well as noodles, sauces and drinks. I am elated to not have to go into the city any longer to get my Chinese groceries!

I was in the hunt for galangal and had tried a different Asian food mart and they didn’t have any. I called here and talked to the gentleman at the store. He said he had some so I headed over. After hanging up with me he checked to make sure he had some in stock(there was some earlier in the day), only to realize he was out. He called me back and left a message explaining the situation. I showed up at the store within 5 minutes of talking to him and asked about the galangal. He apologized for being out and gave me some ginger(as a substitute) on the house for the inconvenience. He was so honest in his apology. It was a bummer they didn’t have it but he made it right for me.
I’ve shopped here in the past and will continue to in the future.

The man who helped ring us up was very helpful in answering questions and willing to help us carry what we bought to the car. There was plenty of selection of products, fresh produce, and sake that we chose to buy. This was the second time we’ve gone. Great experience and definitely going to go back again.

Awesome lil grocer. Very good selection of beer, wine, sake, and lots of fresh produce. I was looking for vegan-friendly steam buns in the freezer section, and the selection was rather lean, but that would be a very unfair thing to judge the whole shop by. I'll definitely be back (just maybe not for freezer items).

Cool market. Wide variety in products. Lots of stuff to look through and prices were very fair. Clean. Staff was friendly and helpful even saw one of the cashiers help another patron with suggestions on how to make homemade pot stickers. Will come back.

What a find. Love this place. Had everything I needed and lots of stuff I didn't know I wanted. Also, the old guy running the place was super nice to our 3yr old. Will be going back there for years to come

I've been going to Nee How for as long as I can remember. I love that they have everything I need...and price is reasonable. The owner is very friendly and always offer to carry my groceries to my car. I love going there. They're like family.

The first thing I noticed was how clean and organized it was. Large, well stocked selection of several types of Asian foods and ingredients. The wine section is not particularly impressive, I liked the selection of sake available and fresh fruit/veg as well.

Stopped in real quick to get a few things for a homemade ramen and the staff was so helpful! They showed me lots of good products to use for my recipe and gave me lots of advice. I'll definitely be coming back. There is a lot to choose from.

Glad there's a local Asian market so I don't have to go all the way downtown. Great selection. In the past, my family has requested certain Filipino items that they didn't normally carry to be stocked and the owners were glad to order some for us. Awesome owners

They have a large variety of fresh, frozen, and packaged foods as well as beverages, sauces and dinnerware/cooking accessories. The owner is always so welcoming and helpful! If you have a recipe in mind or could use some further inspiration, stop by and browse the selection.

Friendly family owned store. Some of the stock rotates and some things you'll always find there. They have a little bit of everything and I get to ask questions when I'm trying to make something new.

Great Experience. I came with a list but looking confused, the owner asked me if I needed help and gladly showed me all the ingredients I was looking for (lemongrass, red thai chile peppers, fish sauce, kafer lime, straw mushrooms). Great selection and owners are very helpful.

Excellent Asian market. Fresh fruits and veggies available, frozen section, imported beers and wines. Nice to have this place on the west side. They make the most of the available space to stock a lot of goods.

Love this place, you can find some great foods that you won't find in Gaint Eagle! The staff is very nice!

Great little Asian store. Lots of sauces and dry goods, some gift items, some produce and freezer items. Staff is always super helpful. Sake and other alcoholic beverages too.
