As always tons of things, good prices but not a lot of staff for check out, long lines but if you have the times it’s not so slow 🙂

I love how friendly the greeter/security guard is when you walk in the store. In my opinion, this store is very well kept especially for how busy it can get and how messy some customers are! The cashier's were friendly and were asking everyone how they're doing which was very nice as well

It is a very good place to buy dresses in very good deal. You can get even brands of Nike and all in a very good offer compared to the other stores. I usually buy dresses from here and worth for the price. You need to find out the dresses that is bit time consuming task. The collection depends on stock available. You need to visit multiple times to get a good selection of items. In my experience, you should visit frequently to get good collections. Anyway highly recommend.

Great place to shop for lower prices, just do not be like me and say to yourself these are only 12 dollars each or so..., I can get WAY TOO MUCH and spend 4 to 5 hundred dollars for things I where for a week....

You can pretty much get anything here. Shoes, dresses, jackets, carpets, bathroom stuff, bags, food items, household items, etc. While Ross is no Target, it is definitely a fun place to pick up household items to add to your collection. The customer service is also pretty good as well.

Lives up to it's motto, dress for less. You need to spend some time to get to the right stuff, but if you find it, it would be a great deal for sure. The home decor section has some nice and interesting stuff including lampshades, bar accessories etc.

Ross has some terrific buys. I got a pair of jeans, a jean jacket, a formal dress, a formal bag, a box of green tea, and a very nice toy for my grandson for under 60 dollars. The staff is nice and I always find something I need whenever I go in there.

I scored, big time! I have been looking for drapes that match my existing ones, and I found them at the Homestead, Santa Clara store.
The girl at check out engaged in conversation with me, had a great smile, and was very nice! I'm stoked!

Great,but I definitely would love to see more shoes "wide" I found 2 pairs last time I went but I would love to have more in different styles and colors.
And the cashier was friendly bilingual and polite GLADIS 😊

Very reasonable prices and wide range of dresses. Very courteous staff. Ample parking lot. I liked clearance items which will be very good dresses at very low prices. Good lighting is there. Great ambience.

Two days ago, I visited this Ross location to return an item. I encountered an issue with the cashier which did not want to accept my return and told me that it is better for me to do the return to the store location I bought the item from, which is all the way at Mountain View, she also insisted that it is because they need to access the video camera. I was shocked from hearing this, I did not want to further insist because I know she will not process my return and also because she is way elder to me.

I approached the protection asset staff by the door named "Hector" and asked him where I can file a complaint. He asked me my situation and was kind enough to call the manager name "Mansour". When the manager came out and heard what my situation is, he then apologized for the inconvenience and told one of the other cashiers to perform my return transaction and it went through as it should be "without any problems".

I really would like to commend "Hector", the Asset Protection personnel and "Mansour", the Manager for giving me excellent customer service and preventing what could have been a bad customer experience!

The Ross on El Camino in Sunnyvale is the bomb! I recently went in just to blow some time, and $165 later I am skipping to my car with awesome Christmas stuff, gifts, and some stuff for myself! Considering the business they do, it was very orderly. And I really can't believe the selection of gifts and Christmas baskets and sets and wrapping paper and gourmet treats they had. I was over the moon on this shopping trip!

Always good deals available here. It has more things for adults and kids i.e footwear, dresses, sweaters and some electronic items also
