Coconut Hill Indian Grocery | Sunnyvale

Very good Indian grocery offering not only all vegetables, Indian brand food but also fish and mutton packaged well. Wide variety of food representing all states of Indian cuisine. Great location and walkable through public transit right across El Camino Real near Walgreens complex. The price is also reasonable. Owners are respectful and friendly.

Head and shoulders above any other Indian market I've been in and I've been in a lot of them in this area. This store does not look big but it's crammed with stuff. I started shopping here almost 20 years ago when I lived nearby and hadn't been back for a while. I'm impressed! There's just .... everything.

A caution though: Parking is ... not great. It's a very popular store. A get-around for this is to park out closer to El Camino Real and walk in. Amazing market though, a must-visit.

My favorite grocery shop. You can buy fresh grated coconut here. Order when you enter the shop, and you will get it before you finish shopping.

Organic pulses, good quality south Indian ingredients , Kerala banana, drumsticks, banana leaf, almost everything is available here.

This store has almost all south Indian groceries and snacks. Especially the fresh grated coconut. Giving 5 star for the cashier who suggested me their own Idly/Dosa batter ANNAM. Initially I thought they are branding their product, but No. The batter is preservative free and the quality was nice like we make at home. Have tried more than 10 times and never disappointed. In between I tried another brand, which I could sense the quality of Idly. Thanks again for Annam and please keep giving it in same quality.👍👍

Good place for Indian groceries( especially for South indian )

Its a store with a lot of variety in a small place. It has got everything from fresh veggies to ice-creams, frozen Parathas and Paneer. Friendly and quick staff at the billing counter. No unnecessary sounds to add to the cognitive load. They even have got traditional earthenware for pickles and other such foods. They have Pooja Samugri. They have some steel utensils like the "masala Dabba". Essentially they have almost everything from Amul cheese to Chitale Bakarwadi.

This is a beautifully organized Indian store close to El Camino Real. Everything you need can be easily found on neatly arranged shelves. The place is spotlessly clean. You can also visit this place for hard to find Indian foods from Kerala. They also a variety of have cut vegetables. Worth a visit.

My fav. Indian store. Excellent collection. One stop shop for all occasions. Very organized, courteous staff and fresh cut vegetables. Love freshly grated coconut and full banana leaves. A 22 mile drive for me that is so worth the time and effort.

I usually purchase Indian grocery from here. One of the good Indian store in Sunnyvale area. You can buy Indian utensils from here. Indian festival items are also available. Good selection of Indian vegetables. Sometimes wild caught Fish available on weekends. Very tasty Frozen biriyani is there on Friday Saturday and Sunday. Chicken and mutton also there on freezer. But it is bit pricey. Very friendly staff.

A grocery store that caters to Tamil families in Bay Area. So, you will find lots of brands and items that you recognize from Tamilnadu. They do carry all the regular Indian grocery staples. It is a smaller store though. So, selections are limited.

Their Annam idli batter is easily one of the best. We buy that in preference to making our own batter at home! With no added salt, it leaves us free to customize to individual taste. Good tips from the lady at the cash counter to get fluffy idlis :-)

Small compared to other Indian stores but it has everything we usually buy. Veggies were fresh.

I visit this store regularly and today I got amazing service from the cashier. I’ve been to the store before and met her. She has always been extremely helpful and polite. She had recommended Anam idli and dosa batter last time and it turned out to be really good. I will be returning to this store.

Coconut actually have many benefits to your body. And getting fresh organic grated coconut for a cheap price is a challange. But yeah, we hsve coconut hill. Its awesome. If you are around, try once. You become a fan .
Rest all things are similar to indian store. But staff is friendly . Less in number. Its also a small store but you can make a happy meal at home, with things you get here. And yes, vegies and fruits are also available

One of the best Indian grocery stores in Sunnyvale. Fresh vegetables and probably the only place I know where we get snacks from Adyar Grand Sweets!
