AT&T Store

Have been using this store years and have never been disappointed with the quality of customer service and knowledge of their staff. Have always recommended this store to my friends and family.

Heather the manager is possibly the most wonderful customer service people on the planet. Above and beyond is NORMAL for her and her crew. She takes care of issues personally that other stores would just refer you to a website or phone number. AT&T will continue to have my business as long as she is employed at this location.

Alex was super nice and super helpful with our upgrade. He wasn’t pushy but really kept us informed on how we could save money. My experience was easily the best and least stressful I’ve had at AT&T.

Cory and his team are excellent. If you are looking for a new phone come to this location!

Skyler helped save our vacation by canceling my lost (or stolen) phone and getting me on my way with new fully activated replacement. Very grateful!

Heather is fantastic to work with. She takes her time to explain billing, upgrades, promotions and offers help to set up your phone. Even having to wait while she finished helping another customer, I was impressed with her patience as the customer was confused with the new device. Hands down, the best customer service I've ever received at a wireless company!

My family was in a hurry to get home and I was nervous about a wait when I saw a few people in there. I was greeted immediately by the most genuine and down to earth staff I can remember in quite some time. They were prompt, helpful, and engaged with me as a real human. They connected with me as a parent and we talked about kids and COVID. It was really pleasant. Please thank this staff team. They are great at their jobs.

Went in for a phone upgrade late in the day. There was 45 minutes before the store closed, which I thought was sufficient. It was busy, so it took a while, but I wasn’t in any hurry. The attendant, Tina, was calm and collected, managing several clients at once. When it was my turn, she dedicated her attention to me and helped me prior Jade a new phone and return my old one, a task that both of us well past closing time. I gave her several outs, indicating my willingness to come back another time. She didn’t care that it was late and wanted to make sure we did what I came to do. She was kind, thorough, and patient. Thanks Tina!

The gentleman who helped me was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I am so terrible with names, or I would reference him! I spent an hour on the phone with support who couldn't activate my new phone. My service was stuck in limbo so I didn't have a working phone at all by that point. It took longer for the instore representative to verify my identity than it took him to fix the problem. It didn't even take 5 minutes and he had the phone all set to go. He also provided a courtesy credit for the trouble and hour I spent on the phone before I got there 10/10. I hope the store gets this review directly. He really made my day. 💜

I went into the store to make a bill payment. Elijah asked to do an account review and helped me get onto a better plan that fit my needs and also helped me get set up with TV service. It was a great interaction overall and a pleasant experience. Everyone in there seemed to be in good spirits and seemed to be enjoying working together. Definitely would recommend going there for any needs and help!!! Awesome Job!!!

Barry should get a promotion. after 2 tiers of loyalty and cust service people on the phone totally denied the legitamacy of my claim of a mischarge , he had my back. both times ive dealt with him now have been outstanding. he makes what is usually a terrible experience, not gonna lie ATT kinda sucks, a much much better one. Hes the man you need as a face, a dependable knowledgable compitent employee whos aim to please leaves customers satisfied.

Need new C power block connector wall in 1k new iPhones

I just want to say that this location has two of the best customer service associates I have ever seen! I switched my services from T-Mobile to at&t a couple of months ago. Nate wales me through the whole thing and totally hooked me up with great service. I had to go in 2 weeks later to switch some things up and Matt helped me with that and also hooked me up and helped me out. Finally I needed some help getting my old trade in phone paid off because T-Mobile screwed up my account and I had some other needs. I walked in with what I thought was a huge list of issues and here I am 20 minutes later with everything I need and a full understanding of what is going on with my account. Thanks again Nate! And thanks again Matt! You two are truly the best!

Dear AT&T - You have a young man by the name of Elijah who you need to keep your eye on. This young man (20 years old) had some of the best customer service skills of anyone I’ve ever seen and I used to have 70 employees of my own in customer service rolls. He was extremely professional, yet friendly. I live out of state and popped by here (due to a cracked screen) and he got everything filed and setup for me right away. I wish I had a position available for him right now to take him under my wing. Outstanding young man. You should be proud.

Had a great experience. The customer service was amazing and their rep was very knowledgeable. I know he was new because he asked his manager a few questions, but from the service we had today, it'd be in their best interest to keep him.

Had an incredible experience here with getting a new screen protector and case for my iPhone X. Worked out super well and I now have insurance on my phone! I’m so happy Barry recommended I get that added to my account just in case my phone breaks! Wonderful place and atmosphere.

I had some issues with my phones and some billing issues but all of them were handled very well the service was great. The staff were very receptive and quick to resolve them. I would recommend this store to everyone. Thanks again
