Best mattress buying experience ever! I went in to price some items, and wound up ordering a mattress set to be delivered in less than a week. Dennis truly went above and beyond in helping me find the right mattress and getting me an excellent price. He was personable, respectful, informative, and generally just an awesome person. You really can't go wrong at this Mattress Firm location. This will be our second bed from Mattress Firm, and this new one will be headed for the guest room. Our first mattress is still in amazing shape after 7 years, so I felt confident in purchasing a second one here. We wanted a full for our son's bunk bed so we came to Mattress Firm. We were lucky enough that our mattress was in stock. James was super nice and moved all the mattresses out the way to help us get to the one we wanted. Will definitely be back again!

We had a great experience purchasing our new mattress here. We worked with Tyesha, and she was wonderful. she walked us through all the different things about the mattresses we were looking at. She had us try several different things, and was extremely sensitive to our budget and time. I am extremely happy with the service we got and I look forward to many great nights on our new bed.

I just had the absolute best experience at this store!! Dennis was absolutely phenomenal! He was incredibly patient with my indecisive personality and so very knowledgeable! He helped us find a bed that will work for us both for years to come as well as an adjustable base, all at an extremely affordable price with easy monthly payments! Professional and friendly staff. James was our customer service expert, helping us pick out a suitable mattress. He provided helpful guidance without being overly pushy and was also able to get our new mattress delivered the very next day, which was very appreciated. The other employee in the store, Dennis, was a hoot, making sure we enjoyed the mattress buying experience. Any major purchase begets good customer service, and combined with the superior selection that this store offers, I would definitely recommend this store for those looking for a new mattress.

As someone who just recently moved from the eastern middle of the states. My experience has been extremely stressful and too a point where I felt stretched thin. However Upon arrival to this location we were actually greeted by tyesha. She was attending another customer at the time. We didnt wait long at all. Smiles all around it felt very welcoming here. It really set a better example than places we’ve visited before this location. Ty was extremely respectful, intentive and helpful. We already knew sort of what were looking for and she made the process that much easier for us. We still had to unpack and come back to get the matress. She was very understanding of our situation. we made it quick and she went the extra mile to stay little after if we couldn’t make it in time before closing . It’s very hard to find people who are willing to offer their services little bit after hours. The extent of gratitude to tyesha for helping assist us in finding our mattresses and frame as well as the lovely conversation we had. I would recommend this location out of all the other ones. You will find that hospitality is very welcome here. If i ever need another bed in the near future I would shop here again. (Also big shout out to our delivery guys for helping get our frame set up into our home! You all were amazing and I appreciate your hard work to get us all set up. No work gets unnoticed by me so thank you so much for the help!!)
