I want to give a shout out to Sunny who works in the blinds department. My blinds were cut 1/4 inch to long. Not her fault. I brought them back and she had to manually set up the machine to cut off 1/4 inch. She admitted she was not rehearsed with this type of cut. She read 20 different steps and assemble my blinds. Shut the drawer to begin with the cut and we both crossed our fingers. She was determined and I was so grateful. I brought them home and they fit like a glove. Thank you Sunny.

Me and my wife purchased a brand new LG washer and dryer unit Jorge and Kevin delivered and installed. It was absolutely great service. I would rate them a 10 in service

The staff was very helpful and friendly.

I really appreciate the good service. That was also one of the fastest trips that I have made to a hardware store.

Found nearly everything I needed. Staff was very helpful. One staff person even asked if she could help me find anything.

I want to rate this place a 5 because despite being short staffed, they very friendly and helpful. They have great insulation to use for those hot summer days over your windows and when others ran out of the paint I needed, they had plenty in stock at a great price! Don't forget to inquire about your military discount.

The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I always find everything I need and more.

The owner of Puget Sound Taps (across the parking lot from Lowe's) really missed an opportunity of naming the bar "Highe's"... just sayin'...

I feel terrible because he shared his name with us, and now I can’t remember. We drove 30 minutes out to get the tile we’ve been searching for. Upon our arrival to isle 38 a gentleman walked up and asked if he could help. Little did I know, he was part of management and had not even clocked in yet. That’s customer service. He went and took care of his personal belongings and gas is out the door with our product within 15 minutes.
So if you want to reward someone for great customer service, it’s the manager that clocked in late on 8/6 around 9am.
That guy is great.

This was easily the nicest Lowe's I've ever visited.

I had the best experience getting help from the gardening employee, Nanawith, the other day. I thought I was going to get your basic "deer in the headlights" stare when I asked questions but this employee was knowledgeable, smart and prompt. I asked if she went to school to learn but said "no, just learned it for my job", wow, what diligence to her job! PS, the website does not have an email for customer comments.

Carol was incredible. She figured out they still had what I was looking for even though it wasn't showing in their system. She gave me a delivery several days earlier than what it was showing online. And she helped me set up my tax exempt status. Thank you Carol!

Every time my family goes to this Lowes the staff are so helpful. They generally have everything we were looking for, and if we can't find it there will actually be someone around to help. It's a very satisfactory shopping experience.

Janice in customer returns, was so helpful and kind. She was the only return cashier up front at the time and was so quick at getting us in and out. She was so cheery and made it fun, we will definitely be coming back as we are remodeling are home.

Good solid business, with services and goods to match. People are friendly and helpful.

W. the staff are always super friendly..most will even go out of their way to help you find what you are looking for or try & help you figure out a way to solve whatever problem you might be having. Also just found out tonight that Lowe's exclusive tool brand Kobalt has the same warranty as Craftsman does on all of their hand tools..If it fails or breaks..just bring the tool in to the store & they will replace or refund the broken tool with no problems. They also have quite a large selection of kewl new design tools. I highly recommend this store.. Come in & check em out..you won't be disappointed you did.

Only because Sandy has excellent customer service. Your swipe/chip reader couldnt read my cards chip and wouldnt allow swipe. I dont know whose stupid idea it was to remove the ability to swipe my credit card when the strip works and you have a working reader. Sandy however came up with a quick solution and got my purchase processed like a champion.

Always helpful staff, and have helped me with a few different appliance purchases. James in appliances is so nice and helpful, and we’ve been happy with everything we’ve gotten from there. Recently bought a washer and dryer from them, and the dryer came dented. They were more than accommodating to take care of us. I’ll be back!
