I love this ampm it's kicked back just a quick in and out always . There is always someone behind the counter helpful and they know the prices on the app and without it. They always lead me to the best deals what size cup I should get.

OMG there's this guy there, Michael, he works nights & he is SO freakin' amazing . . . . I was not having the best night & had previously had a horrible customer service experience just before arriving there so I was grumpy & convinced that NO ONE NO WHERE knew what good customer service was these days, but then Michael completely changed my mind & restored my faith in humans!! He was welcoming, friendly & just so sweet!! He absolutely turned my frown upside down & I just love him . . . He's my new BFF seriously!!

Great addition to the Lacey neighborhood in this back corner. Well needed additional gas station and convenience store for those of us located in this area. Can’t wait to see what else is being developed.

Great location...I went in this morning and purchased a chicken salad sandwich. It was the best I have ever had. And the store I'd do CLEAN.

New store with car wash and four fuel islands. Easy access and exit from two sides. Ample parking. Inside is clean & well stocked.

Be cautious if you go to this store past 2am. I was parked there preparing to go into the store when a short white bald guy with a wife beater who looked like a skinhead violently banged hard on my driver side window and yelled at me to "get the f$%# out of his parking lot." I assumed this was the store manager. He was extremely intimidating and made my female passenger fear for her safety. We promptly drove away. I was scared too frankly. I will be filing a grievance against the store with their corporate office tomorrow morning. This man intimidated us with violence for absolutely no reason. He's lucky no one was hurt.

I stopped for gas. Gave the cashier (gentleman with the dreads) my $20. He thought it was fake. He marked it then ran it through the machine. It passed the marker test and you could clearly see the watermark. He said the machine rejected it. Strange but not a big deal. I went out to my car and grabbed my wallet. Gave him a different $20 bill. He asked which pump I was at. I told him then he threw my money towards me and told me to go elsewhere. I was shocked and said "really"?? He said he doesn't get paid enough to deal with attitudes. I stated I was going to make a complaint and he said "go ahead they don't care".
Very unprofessional and for management to not care how customers are treated is bad business.

Im concerned for my Uncles well being, after his last recent visit to this AM/PM - These are his words he asked to post as a formal complaint; Tuesday April 12th 2022 around the noon hour, I stopped in at the ampm store#83375 402 Sleater Kinney Road, Lacey/ Olympia Washington area, where I have been pumping my gas for the last nearly 30 years. Employees have always been friendly and cordial just as I always strive too be. I went inside to pay in advance for my gasoline and when I handed the cashier my money so I could proceed to pump my fuel, we were interrupted by a woman who I assume must have been a manager, she told the cashier referring to me," I don't want him in here" at that point the gentleman cashier handed me my money back and said sorry! I was completely shocked and I asked what is going on? Is there something wrong? The woman manager replied I want you out of here and I want you to leave now, I asked her are you sure you've got the right person? She said "yes I Know Who You Are" I want you to leave get out right now. I was so stunned I didn't know if I was going to have a heart attack! I asked her what is your reasoning and she replied " I don't need a reason." I want you to leave now. I turned and slowly walked out the door without being able to get gas. I was so shaken I must have wept for 2 hours and I didn't sleep last night at all. I honest to God I do not know why she so viciously verbally attacked me and wouldn't even mention what it was she was accusing me of. I was so completely embarrassed and humiliated. I have been a regular customer for decades, this is my hometown. I was treated so poorly. I didn't deserve this and I would appreciate an apology. I can always get my gasoline somewhere else but it is a terrible shame what I was put through. It was for absolutely no reason at all and I have been in a State of Shock ever since. This is the most unprofessional store I think I have ever been to. The manager yells obscenities across the store to the other employees and is super rude and obnoxious! The employees have there boy friends behind the counter and stocking shelves. It seems like a junior high popularity contest and it is very uncomfortable just going in to get gas or a coffee like I would every morning. I will not go back even though it is only a few blocks from home. I was in there a few weeks ago when another customer was calling in a complaint about employees smoking weed and cigarettes next to the gas pumps! They really need to look at the management at this store and the reviews reflect wat I am saying!!!

I went in the store to pay for gas. Nina, the cashier was very nice and welcoming. The lady that was working with her was very rude and yelling at Nina in front of customers. I won't be back.

Bought the wrong drink by mistake. Immidiatly realized it after pulling my card. No refunds or exchanges?? Wow that's some fantastic customer service you've got there...

I bought a croissant sandwich for breakfast period in the things cold. I'm talking not even legal to put up. Avoid the place like the plague
