Always good quality products.
Becareful when walking through parking lot in rain, the paint on the asphalt is very slick and caused me to fall, should add sand to the paint. Anyway always clean friendly staff.

It's great for a Safeway. Everything was very clean well-stocked and organized. Their bathrooms have lock codes now that are bit annoying. The pharmacy is very well-stocked. They've had everything I've ever needed less one prescription, but they had it within two days.

Always great prices, Always good selection. Easy to find what I needed while staying out of town with friends.

It's a nice Safeway, but the parking lot has its share of homeless people and scammers looking to take advantage of you. Park close to the door, and not on the road between Lowe's.
The produce usually looks fresh, and the deli folks are friendly and mostly helpful.
I appreciate the helpful folks in the bakery and the bagels they make are delicious.
The deli can get busy at lunchtime, so plan ahead if that's why you're going. It has a nice selection of fried foods and they make good sandwiches.

I was so excited to see they have new motorised carts. Now the homeless encampment is gone from beside the Hobby lobby and I5, they don't have to worry about people stealing them. They have a alarm that lets you know that your past the area of use. If you keep going it stops moving, you have to back up, to have it work again in the area of the parking lot, and they keep charged, and don't bog down, like the old ones did.

Everyone is always so kind and the pharmacy is great!! Sorry that I have to change my review from 5 to one star. The workers are still awesome and the the pharmacy is still amazing, but I can no longer, in good conscience recommend anyone shops here. Its dangerous. The city of Olympia has allowed violent vagrants to take over. Its dirty. Customers and workers alike are getting harassed, assualted, robbed. If you do shop here, keep your phone handy, and stay aware. Do better Olympia.
UPDATE: The area is cleaned up, less sketchy folks milling about. Much safer than it was before! Still stay aware because there are still desperate people shoplifting

One of the best Safeway I have visited. The deli guy was wonderful. Too bad I forget his name. It’s was closing time for them but her enthusiasm in seeing us is encouraging since we are tired from our long travel.

Safeway stores are usually top notch and this one is no exception. Always clean and well stocked with a huge selection that those of us who have lived in big cities consider to be the norm. Compared to the other options in this area (I'm in ocean shores when IGA is the only game in town) Safeway is like a trip to Disneyland. The usual items are plentiful with lots of options from top of the line to the amazingly similar Safeway house brand offered at about 60% of the cost. The bakery is world class, the meat and produce are incomparable. And when your shopping is done, wander through the deli. Fried Chicken, authentic Chinese and even made right there Sushi . Wow just wow.

I always find the best deals here. They also have a good deli section, so I buy meats here. Sales are usually very good. If it's not on sale I usually skip the item(s) unless I need it that night. Good quality and selection too

Love the remodel! Bright and clean - just as you would expect. Well stocked, no empty shelves like you see elsewhere. Super friendly staff. One of my favorite places.

This is definitely my favorite Safeway. The staff in the meat department are super helpful and never dismissive or pressuring. They recently started carrying Clearly Canadian sparkling water, Thank You!!!! I shop in the evening mostly and try to use self checkout most times. Last few visits I have had the pleasure of speaking with the attendant over there (Mike S.). What an amazing man, always smiling, and willing to shoot the breeze while maintaining a diligent watch on his responsibilities. Keep up the good work over there. *update* I enjoyed Mike S. so much I gave him a Wild Cherry Clearly Canadian. I am telling you, this store has employees that just make you feel at home.

The bakery staff is awesome. The baked goods are fresh. My Mickey Mouse birthday cake was perfect.
The new face-lift is nice.
Whoever does the Donuts and set up takes pride in their work. Much improved!

I really love the selection of items at this Safeway location. I can usually find unusual items at this location than anywhere else. There is always ample parking with a well lit parking lot. I also like that there is a Starbucks located right in the store. Everything from the deli to the bakery is really fresh. The employees are professional and are willing to answer guests questions in a friendly manner. I highly recommend this Safeway for all your shopping needs.

Found everything I needed. Excellent experience with the deli attendant who had a great attitude. Patient and helpful on the selections, which I chose the fried drum sticks. Very good flavor with the right amount of salt. Excellent experience.

He said I got it and took out his wallet and paid for the rest and didn't make me put back anything 😁 it's a good thing now a days to know there are still good people out there.......................

AND IF ITS BUSY YOU CAN HEAR THE PEOPLE IN LINE SIGHING ,
plus it's not to big to shop from one end to the other, like other big chain stores

This Safeway was conveniently located across the street from the hotel I stayed at. Ran in for wine, champagne, Advil, and a couple other items. Found everything easily. Walked right up to self check at the end and the person at self check was very attentive, I didnt have to wait to show my ID for the alcohol. All in all it was a quick and pleasant shopping trip.

One of the better Safeways I've ever visited. Clean, beautiful area, nice in store windows to the outside, however mildly confusing layout. Most things in Safeways are semi universal in placement of general items, I've had trouble locating certain items or areas. Staff are always helpful and the pharmacy is also good. I especially love the covered and secure bicycle lockup area.
