McDonald's

Upon walking in, we were greeted, and guided to the self order kiosk.
We placed our order, order was correct. Nice and easy. Not much of a wait time, especially considering our fries were freshly cooked.
McDonald’s was clean, nice large play area for kids. Plenty of tables for small or large groups.

I was happy that the friendliness was back to normal. I had not visited in a few months because I had a bad experience with. I think she was a manager I'm not sure but she even promised to refund my food which she didn't give to me because there were some words exchanged about how far I was away from the window for my order and I think she was just in a bad mood that day but whatever. I came in to get my food and she had an attitude and said no. I'll refund you your food and I waited for my refund and just never went back. I ended up parking and coming inside because she said that I was too far from the window. Well I was in a truck so I had to be very cautious because it has like why bumper guards or whatever on it and I wasn't the owner of the truck. Either way she was extremely rude. I don't even remember her name but she had dark hair and black nail polish on and I was being extremely nice but when I came in she was still upset and she did not give me my food which I paid for. She did say she would refund it which he had no right to withhold my food and but she never refunded it and I thought several times about going to complain but complaints never help. Nothing ever really gets done and I'm way too busy to drive back just to waste time. Every other time that I have ever gone to that McDonald's everything was fine. Food service and time to complete the order. That time was a nightmare and that was August visit and this is my first time returning to that one since very happy that things went well and everyone was friendly. My food was great

I like the folks who work at this one. Even when it's crazy busy, they are smiling and helpful. I've never had a mistake with my order. The food is always served fresh and hot. Even when I get something custom, they make it right each time. The drive through gets way backed up, but they are quick and efficient. I appreciate how friendly the folks always are. Always piping hot fries too!

I normally don't write reviews on fast food, but the afternoon cook is good at his job. 🤘 every burger I had in the past 6 months was well seasoned. I've had lots of McDonald's. None have done such a stellar job with the seasoning.

I've going there for a very long time and staff are friendly and kind to me and the play room is great for my Austic nephew as he really enjoys playing there with other kids

Was not really that bad. Great place. And unlike your store on Harrison Street in Olympia, thank you for NOT misgendering me.

Been going to this location since I was a small child, always have had good memories and experiences. Love coming after work for my after work snack

The manager Braydon really helped me out after my breakfast visit. I thought I lost something valuable there and he dropped what he was doing to help me out. Item recovered with his help. You don't get help like this anymore thanks again.

Not much service interaction because everything is self serve by machine but the Lady that brought the food to us was nice. Good food and I’m glad the McRib is back😊

Food was good, restaurant was clean, and my daughter loved the Play Place.

The young lady who waited on me is a Class Act!
McDonald's listens to its customers and acts accordingly!
I Enjoy the food and atmosphere, but the best part is the customers service and I got Great CUSTOMER SERVICE 😀!

The food tasted like McDonald's!
My friends had a long wait while dining in and they were given apple pies for the inconvenience!
The dinning area looks nice and clean.
Also, I never had a bad experience from the drive thru. They always got my order right and sometimes I had to wait a bit but it wasn't bad.

Boyfriend left where we were hanging out to go grab McDonald's before meeting me at home. I called him to request extra pickles. Saw him driving to this location after realizing the one he went to was closed and because we're barfy and adorable, I surprised him by meeting him there so he didn't have to drive half a mile without digging in without me.

He forgot a McDouble I asked for, which was really all I wanted at 10:30pm after a looong day.

Went back through the drive thru to order it, but now it was about 10m before they closed. I've worked in restaurants forever, so I straight up told them it was totally cool if they just didn't feel like it. I was sure I'd live without it (probably longer, actually).

They made me a McDouble like the one in the commercials, friends. AND they threw me 2 pies (because they would've thrown them out anyway), AND they were super chill about it.

This crew is so rad. Turns out, when you're on the side of your service industry folks, they'll be on your side, too.

Turned my 1 star review to a 5 star review because of Braiden, it was because of a mistake I needed to come back, but his professionalism and attention to fix it right away being polite understanding and respectful even though I didn't start out very happy. Thank you Braiden.

The lady that brought me my food seems to have recognized me and says that she seems to be the only person who ever brings delivery orders out to me. This was the 1st time I had ever ordered pick up from McDonald's. She was very nice and made me giggle but I find it really funny that she thought she knew me and I'd never met this woman before in my life..

Staff are friendly. Play area is bigger and cleaner than most other McDs. Great pit stop for the family.

Tabitha and Dan were awesome! They made my order and it was not messed up at all!!! I definitely will go again. I don't like the Hawks Prarie mickey dees..Dee's.. theyre so rude and never make my order right

It's McDonald's we all know what it is. We all know what we're getting. If you're surprised then where have you been. Long as they manage to get your order right it's pretty consistent.
