Getting to know a few faces in the regular morning drive-thru crew! Shout out to Irene for your awesome customer service! Thank you to the whole crew for getting the order right and made fresh.

Drive thru..... such a great person to have working the drive thru. Easy to hear and understand, speaks perfect English with a great attitude. Wish I knew this young man's name.

We had to drive through for a quick breakfast the order taker is really thorough a good listener and a very friendly order taker. The food are hot and quick. Love the buy one get one for a dollar promo even though the eggs are priced Sky High.

Used the drive thru very fast food was still hot when I got it.

The fries are always fresh, and the staff are always smiling and super friendly!

Great quite location never too busy for a dine in. Drive thru is always moving cars never a wait.

My Dad and I were eating lunch at the Pacific Av-Lacey location. I told them it was his 85th Birthday. Tabby the GM brought out a Ronald McDonald Birthday cake for him. Very nice and thoughtful gesture. Hopefully, he will be a patron of this location for twenty-five more years!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! They are so kind and reasonable. I had miscounted what’s in my bag and asked for another mcchicken and they gave me one even though they knew I was wrong. 10/10 best McDonald’s in town

This McDonald’s is my OG McDonalds so I’m definitely bias l lol . It feels like the coziest and nicest in town . I must admit, they used to mess up our Uber orders all the time,. But it’s okay we all human. Drive thru is super efficient now that they have two lanes

I often go to this McDonald's because it is like 4 minutes away from my job. I would have to say this is one of my favorite ones to go to, not because of the food but because of the customer service they give. I appreciate you guys for working hard and always being kind in the drive thru, wether it's rain, shine, or snow.. please keep doing what you are doing, and I'm sorry I didn't get any of your names.

Wow I can't believe I found a McDonald's relatively nearby that's open at 5:00 a.m. and actually has people who seemed sincere working there. There was nothing wrong with any of our order. I feel like I'm in the Twilight Zone.

This early evening I came through the drive thru. I have been accumulating and losing rewards because I don't know how to do it. The last time I asked for help (in a different restaurant and state) they said "you just do it". Today however I asked for assistants and Lilo was more then happy to help guide me thru the process! I really appreciate her sincere kindness and service!!! Also it should be noted my food was hot perfect I'd say quite a nice experiance thank you.

I just went through the drive thru tonight and the customer service from the gentleman taking orders and the girl at the second window was excellent. Food was fresh even an hour before closing. Much better than the McDonald’s on Marvin.

Even after ordering a meal deal for almost $10, I forgot that I had downloaded the app for McDonald's. They cancelled my order and helped me order the same items for $6 cheaper, because of the deals I had on my phone. Thank you! Now that's customer service satisfaction!!

I love McDonald's. I go there every morning for coffee and they are always have a smile.

Staff is incredibly nice and food is 99.9% of the time hot AND correct. Never had them tell me their ice cream machine is down, btw! And the wait time is always next to nothing. Best mcdonald's in the area.

Food is always hot. The guy in drive thru was hilarious and so friendly!

This was actually the best McDonald's burger I've had in years. It is a special offer featuring a rapper, whose name I don't recall. Quarter pounder with cheese and bacon, fries and a drink for only $6. Fries were hot, and I had brought with me some delicious fry sauce from another business, which made them even better.
