Kroger

This store deserves more than the 1 star reviews it's been getting. It has a great supply of just about everything. I looked at the reviews and saw a bunch of women complaining about the most trivial of things. I go here when I'm in the area and need to go to Harbor Freight across the street. It's really not that bad.

This Kroger is pretty good, I have a hard time adjusting to new stores and this one is laid out quite well.

Sometimes the self checkout is a pain, but the attendants are close by and sweep in to help. I'm glad Kroger finally upgraded to tap-to-pay\NFC payments.

I'm not sure why this Kroger is always lit about as well as a roadside bodega in Costa Rica, which is too say, poorly. Makes the place feel dingy and seedy.

Just a thought, Publix is well lit and isn't depressing, sounds weird but it's definitely a thing. And y'all don't have Jeremy.

I want to do a big shout-out to Tinka, she came in clutch for me the night. See I man and not romantic at all, but I knew that my wife deserve a surprise romantic gift. She took it upon herself to wrap a bouquet of flowers for me that night as the florist leaves at 5pm and they don't have some there for us blue collar worker as we at time most of our shift end. Gentleman and young men please see her and ask for she has good taste my wife delighted with the surprise and the little gift of flowers, chocolate, sugar cookies and gift card. Also Tinka taught me about some rules when give gifts. She told me to do it on the app but I want the world to know about her and her amazing customer service. Please invest in her and employees that have the same drive. Yes there are still some hope for amazing customer in the day in age post covid and all the craziness. Tinka if you ever read this you saved my marriage and I can never repay what you did for my wife and I but this is the close thing that I think of so get ready for the many blessing that God is about send your way and remember to honor Him in everything you do just like that with me night. Keep it up you are a rockstar an if Kroger is bum enough to let you go your amazing customer service will open every door you want. God bless you and thank you for saving my family.

As a employee at Kroger We can have some real difficult customers you don't have to be rude to them they just some people just don't like how you look or Whatever but I need You all to be Honest I Mean cause God and he Noticed True from a lie if You Want To get some Free items Don't Lie on the employee please tell The Truth because all of us in Here works very hard to Take Care of our customers Everyday.

Friendly work force, Would love to see, Tri-Tip available in the meat department. High Noon's would also be a nice addition as well.

I was able to find everything I needed. It's a nice grocery store that offers a lot of specialty counters and items.

It’s always a pleasure to see Sherri when I shop at this location. Even though she works in the self checkout area, she’s always assisting customers with bagging their groceries and helping with any issues at the scanner. Besides the convenience of the store location, Sherri is the only other reason I shop here!

This review is for Brenda in the self check out. Brenda went above and beyond to show me how to use my app more efficiently and look up produce more accurately on the U-Scan. Brenda made sure that I had all the savings that were available to me. She helped me around 11 AM on Sunday, July 10, 2022.

They're open 24hours and I feel safe going there after 11 p.m. if I need to. The location is clean and well-stocked.

The people in the cheese section and in the deli are very friendly, and the older woman who assists with the self-checkout is always giving me suggestions on how to cook my produce while she rings through my wine. Some people may be bothered by the personalized attention the employees will give you here, but as I am shopping by myself and in no hurry, I appreciate it.

My husband and I have been grocery shopping at this particular Kroger for almost 5 years. We have shopped at Kroger for as long as we have lived in Georgia. Kroger has the best bargains and we get more for our money. There are 2 particular employees that make the visit a delight every time; Alisa, I believe her name is with long dark hair. Whatever issue we have had with products (not many) she handles with incredible customer service. She is always happy to see us. The other employee is Lauren. Every single time I see her, she says hello to my husband and I by first names and tells us how happy she is to see us. When there is a problem (again, not very often), she has the best attitude and there is always a smile on her face. This Kroger location is a delight to shop from the register employees, to customer service area to the stock people at night. We have shopped at Kroger for years and years at different locations, this one stands out by far! Keep doing what you are doing!

Employees have always been kind to us here. My wife and I lived next door several years and always loved this location.

Kroger at East Lake mall is one of the best grocery stores in the area

I always have a great shopping experience at Kroger. The produce is ALWAYS fresh. And if you go there early enough you will smell the fresh breads and donuts baking in the Bakery Department.
The store is ALWAYS clean, very well stocked and OMG the Staff are like heavens ANGELS! They are always kind and willing to go the extra mile to assist you. I think I will make Kroger my go-to store. Oh and today, I saved $15 off my grocery bill, so it definitely pays to be enrolled in the Kroger Plus Card savings Program 😁😁😁.

Kroger has upgraded it's stores. Grab and go items attractively packaged and ready for pickup. Curb side pick up. The store is Clean and inviting. Awesome end of holiday sales, hurry the selves are almost bare. 🙂😄😃 FYI, a must try "Cranberry Celebration" located in the Deli area.

I'm from Cincinnati, so naturally when I moved to GA, this is where I went for groceries. Not quite as good as Kroger in its home town (in Cincinnati they have blue apron type meal boxes, but we get all the trial products there) but still excellent, and everything I expect. They're 24 hours, with a pharmacy (not 24h, pretty sure) since I've rebeen here (5 months) they're always working on uprgrading/adding something. Self checkout is slow on Mondays though. Who knows why. Sorry if that's your grocery day.

One of my favorite Kroger locations. The staff here is nice and the store is clean. It does seem to not carry some items I usually buy at the Whitlock Kroger. Has ok selection of gluten free items.

I shop there because they have the best meat department around. It's always neat and clean and well stocked. The meat employees are nice and the meat department manager (forgot his name) is very knowledgeable and helpful.

This is the fanciest Kroger I've ever been in. Aside from the usual wide array of normal Kroger offerings, such as the deli and floral departments, they also have a staffed sushi kitchen making fresh rolls daily, an olive bar, a specialty cheese cooler, and a fully functional Starbucks. No other Kroger I've been in has all that. Plus, they keep it open 24 hrs? My heart skipped a beat the first time I went in.

The staff is friendly as well. A few of them know me by name and regularly ask me for updates about my life every time I come in.

Seriously though, an olive bar? Finally, I can sip on a caramel mocha frappuccino while I take my time hand-selecting favorite varieties of olives that will pair best with whatever pretentious cheeses I've selected from the reach-in beside me. American cheddar? Please. That'll be isle 12 next to the butter and eggs, right after you pass the pint of melting neapolitan ice cream an absent minded customer didn't replace correctly into the freezer. I've got roquefort* cheese in my basket. I want the guests at my black tie cocktail party to have to ask me how it is pronounced and give me an opportunity to showcase how cultured I am when I explain that it is one of France's finest blue cheeses enjoyed by Charlemagne himself!

Overall a great experience. I've never had any issues over the year I've been shopping at this location.

*I don't know if they actually have roquefort cheese. I just Googled "fancy cheeses" for this review. They do, however, have cheese curds which is something you wouldn't generally find here in the south that I'm particularly excited about.
