Harbor Freight Tools

I pixked up a 7 inch sander/polisher. I hot a polish pad and a mocro fiber bonnet that was recommended for that polisher. Unfortunately the velcro that holds the sandpaper/polisher pads went through the micro fiber bonnet and scratched my paint finish. I figured ohwell shouldnt have cut corners buying the cheapest sander polisher they had. I now have to repaint my hood. When I returned the sander and explained what happened they recommended i call customer service. I didnt expect anything when I called. I own the cheaper hvlp they have but I need to get a better hvlp to get a quality finish. Harbor freight to my surprise sent me a gift card so I can upgrade my paint gun. Excellent customer service from the store convincing me to call customer service. I figured they would say pound sand but they didn't. So Excellent service helping me out. Im on a fixed income and could never afford to upgrade my hvlp. I highly recommend harbor freight. Idlk if any other store would do anything

The selection at this store is probably better than normal. I go here for basic power tools and other related supplies that you can't find at Northern Tool. I am glad when they put stores closer to where i work and live, it is very convenient. They have a lot of deals online and it is a good place to look first before heading out.

I can't say too much about this place, but everything I've gotten is actually been fairly decent for just the basic needs. If you want high quality stuff, go elsewhere. But for the everyday person that just needs to tools or equipment it's not a bad place. I actually got a battery powered air blower to clean off the driveway and 3 years later it's still running fine.

I wish I could give them 10 stars… well to start off we drove 30 min to this store. An came in an didn’t knw what we were looking for but I asked the manager who was awesome for help an he jumped right in an help us with what we needed an I was also cost efficient. The cashier was also very nice… you guys always have a customer in me.

The best HB store I've ever shopped. It's well stocked with helpful staff.

DO YOUR RESEARCH! If armed with the proper intelligence you can save hundreds of dollars shopping here. I have their super hand held cheap electric planer which I bought on a whim to complete one simple woodworking task. Next time I needed an electric planer for a more complicated and important project, I bought an expensive one from a big box home center. Turns out they performed identically. Returned the big box one as a result. Similar experience with a jigsaw…

Hand tools, measuring tools, disposables (Nitrile Gloves, pain brushes, etc.) are an absolute no-brainer excellent quality at a fraction of the price.

I feel stupid for not having shopped here sooner…

There are some super nice workers here that are very helpful. It's harbor freight so expect cheap tools, but if you find ones with a lifetime warranty I prefer them over big name tools (as a diy mechanic/home owner).

Employees have always been friendly and helpful when asked.

Glad to see a Harbor Freight open in Marietta (Bells Ferry store is Kennesaw, fight me). The updated look and feel of the store is nice compared to some of the long standing stores in the area. Decent tools at decent prices, and the team they have is friendly and surprisingly knowledgeable about the products they offer. There is a minimal quality difference between what is offered here and big box store brands, but their extended warranty more than makes up the difference.

Unlike most stores, where their warranty only covers specific scenarios or require you to send in your item to a warranty center and wait an indeterminate amount of time, Harbor Freight will honor a valid warranty at any store, for any reason, and so long as they have the item or something comparable in-stock, you've got your replacement same-day and your back to work.

The inside track club is a bit of a mixed bag. On the one hand, the items offered for special pricing each month aren't always the most useful, but when they do their seasonal big sales, you get first grab at them. The recent Spring Sale had some bigger ticket items in it that were sometimes 25-30% off. Easily enough to pay for the yearly cost of the membership and then some.

Looking forward to seeing what they have planned for their Grand Opening event at the start of April.

This store has been a great addition to our neighborhood. What really sets it apart is the staff. They have been extremely helpful and courteous on my numerous visits assisting with locating items, patiently updating contact information, exchanges and even offering a "rain check" on an out of stock sale item.
