I ordered a cookie G4 helmet and it was delivered within a couple days! Very fast service! They also put Starburst candies and stickers with my order! I’m well pleased! Definitely will order again!

Ordered the new Cookie G4 helmet, some gloves, and a couple other things from here. Shipping was fast and not damaged. Did include some free stickers and other goodies. Have tried calling a couple times with no luck and no return call after leaving voicemail but I’m sure there super busy with not too many other skydiving stores, so have to email but do reply in a timely manner!

I am lucky enough to be in Marietta so stopped by the store today and had an amazing visit. Not only did I get great equipment, I learned a TON about the features, what would be a good fit for me, and tried on a variety of helmets until one fit right. Absolutely coming back in person or online.

This is a great company. I have bought lots of equipment form them and always been well taken care of. Recently had an accident where a clip on my gear bag broke. I emailed and asked if there was a way to buy a replacement and have it added to my next order. They found me 2 and sent them without asking. Very happy customer.

When it came time for me to order my new G4 helmet the staff was great at communicating the lead time. I knew the helmet was on back order but was super anxious to know the status. ChutingStar has been my go-to store for skydiving gear as a student and licensed jumper. The staff are patient, knowledgeable, and are always quick to respond to any and all gear questions.

Shipping has always been very fast and my items arrive well packaged in an appropriately sized box that is well sealed. I usually wait til I need 100 worth of gear for that sweet, sweet free shipping but I'm sure the premium methods also go out quickly.

I haven't made any larger purchases with them yet, but based on my past experiences with components and small essentials, I would have no issues doing so!

As a rigger, I LOVE ChutingStar for things like line sets, Slinks, etc.
I can only hope they expand to do more.
When I pay UPS Ground, I receive my items in 2 days or less.
(I'm in NC and they're in GA, so your results will obviously vary.)
I've never had a wrong order, and have always had the best customer service possible.
These people are obviously dedicated to getting it right.
I appreciate this personally, but especially love it for my rigging clients.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They answered all of my newbie questions and helped me figure out the best parts to order to build a board for my 9 yr old daughter. I ordered online using their build a board system on their website and it was ready in the store the next day.

I have made multiple purchases so far between off the shelf and custom skydiving gear. All of the above via the website, email and phone call even. I am sure the team is extremely busy so I try to manage everything via email but I have taken a bit of Laura's time on the phone running through silly questions/clarifications, ideas and planning the next move as far as equipment goes. I would recommend ChutingStar to friends/family and fellow jumpers without hesitation.

I live in New York and stumbled across this site by accident. I thought skydiving and skate shop? But I gotta say what a great mail order skate shop. AMAZING selection and prices. Shipping is great and fast. I love the loyalty point system too.

While at the Dropzone today I noticed that my Altitrack Altimeter was reading incorrecty and needed a reset. While taking the cover off to perform a reset I noticed that the gasket was broken. I promptly got on my phone and their website and ordered two new Altitrack covers with gaskets and screws and also a handy dandy Larsen & Brusgaard muti purpose tool. It was after 2 PM here in Texas and after 3PM on the East Coast. Scince it is the day before Thanksgiving and after their ship times I expected it to be shipped out Friday or Saturday but to my surprise I get home and get an email that the items are on their way. Now that is great customer service and as always the ChutingStar crew has come through. Thank You.

I have recently purchased a full rig through Chutingstar and I could not be happier with the service and attention to detail.
Laura was my primary point of contact and she was excellent in providing me with timely correspondence when I asked for it. As this was a custom container provided through wings, Laura talked me through a lot of the detail ensuring that the rig was turning up ready to jump and perfectly fitted for me.

Cool little skate shop with a indoor mini ramp set up just behind the shop.
I just dropped by to look around and I wasn’t disappointed. The staff was tentative and willing to answer my questions. And even listened to an old skate rat day dream and talk about getting back into skating after years off a board. I’ll definitely be back with cash in hand to get some new gear and set up a board to skate their ramps. For 5 bucks to skate the year round indoor ramps are worth it.
They were even cool with me just hanging around to watch them skate awhile.

Chuting star is awesome. Hands down the best skateshop Ive ever been to. Cant say enough good things about them. Great selection of products, awesome deals and sales. The indoor park is great too. 5 star shop through and through
