O'Reilly Auto Parts

A few days ago I enter this location shopping around for some parts for my personal vehicle. I had already stop by NAPA auto parts up the road and then made my way to advance auto part and auto zone. I hands down was impress with the amazing customer skill that the employee display at this location. If memory service me his name was Milton. Offer me to price match a part easy to deal with I was in an out with 10 minutes. If had anything to suggest is to get some display for candy and drinks as all the other parts have these items maybe even a toy car displayed to keep the gear head tradition going with the new generation. Milton thank you giving an experience worth spend additional premium as I shop online and for the part more cost friendly but I am always hesitant with return and exchanges with online site and would rather come into a store and deal some like yourself the is leading the ways. If you manager or superior ever reads this review I would want to thank him for taking the time to develop you and as competitive location you guys will definitely win 10 out 10 sells.

My car just alerted me that my headlight was out and autozone was closest so went there. They had the bulb I needed but did not offer installation. Luckily I searched Oreilly and found that they offer installation! Whoo hoo! Although the bulb Oreilly had was about a dollar or two more more expensive you cant beat free installation!!! Mr. Milton change my bulb literally in a flash! And he checked to make sure my other bulb was working also! Thanks so much! Excellent service.

I would recommend this store to anyone in the area. Alex and Steven are awesome! The service they both gave was top notch. I was 47 miles from home when my vehicle started to smoke. Alex came out to look at it and checked the codes, battery and alternator. The alternator was the issue. They gave me some suggestions, allowed me to stay safe in the store while I waited for a tow truck. Then Steven suggested a mobile mechanic. He was unavailable but another pulled up to the store. Long story short, I purchased the parts needed and more, had the vehicle repaired and got home safe.

Went to one location that didn't have the part but they called a nearby store that had my part and held it. I felt they went out if there way to help me which is a welcoming surprise so I give them 5 stars. With chains like these it does cone down to the people running the store. They have a great crew.

I did the dumbest thing. Went here and got a good quote on items they had in stock. I left because I thought it was too high. Went to AutoZone and paid about $40 more and still had to end up going to another AutoZone to get the other part I needed! Don't laughed at me yal, I was sleepy that day🤣🤣

Went there needing license plate screws after losing one on the road. Geoff helped me find the right size screw for my car and even helped me put it on. Will definitely be back!

Bryan and Cassandra helped me out so much by fixing my windshield wipers. They deserve a raise! They were super friendly and like the sunshine after the rain (well actually as the rain began)! 😂🙌🌂

This particular O'Reilley's is the best. They are Fast, Courteous, and get the part right the first time.
I recently went in to replace a busted tail light cover for my Ford Focus. The gentleman looked it up and said it had to be ordered, However, he gave me the part # and suggested I look it up online which I did. I found the part, ordered and installed it myself saving me hundreds of dollars. This Location is the Best A+++

I really like them have good service and decent people working there much better than AutoZone in my opinion plus they say all their stuff is made in America true or not I don't know they say it is
