Customer service is top grade they recognize you when you walk into the store. They ask how they can help. I wish I was better with names. Sorry the lady that normally works most Wednesdays and Thursdays is beyond top-notch. So is the man with the beard dark hair love this place.

I went in looking for some pins and shirts. Chris and Trinity were the ones running the shop. I was the only one in the store and they gave me their full attention isn’t of messing around on the computer or any the back like many other shops employees do. I told them how I was hungry and they recommended a few restaurants. When I left my battery died and I was anxious fiddling in my car. They came out to jump my car and send me on the way with a friendly smile. Best experience I had at a smoke shop ever. Stopping by whenever I’m in the area.

The dude that helped me was amazing! I love my vap! I mean LOVE and he helped me set it up and gave me a lot of tips since this was my first time purchasing a vap.

This shop was absolutely great. I called before I went in as asked about the cheapest bowls and when I got there an employee had a selection of bowls I can pick all ready picked out for me! Just phenomenal customer service. I loved the atmosphere but that employee really made my day even more. I will definitely be coming back. I wish I asked there name but I do remember they were wearing glasses. Just phenomenal customer service!

Joe and Kelsey are fantastic. Their customer service was amazing. The product lineup was extensive and they were instrumental in helping with my recurrent back pain. I didn't know if the products would work as advertised, but wow. I am super happy. I will be back for sure just because of their kindness and excellent customer service.

Good selection of juice at reasonable price. And cool glass. However they have consistently run out of products for the past year when it comes to vape accessories and juice. I have come in multiple times and they have been sold out of certain flavors and coils I need. Staff is dope and friendly. They serve you right away. Store has a cool vibe to it also. I have met the owner on one occasion. He was very friendly and actually opened up a brand new vape just so I cold have a coil from it, because they were sold out!

My favorite store for CBD and JUUL pods. They have everything you could possibly need and are super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Greatest experience ever!! Came into the store looking for a certain item that I couldn’t find anywhere and even tho they didn’t have it they not only checked to see what other stores had them but also placed an order for me to make sure I was satisfied! If you come into the store Daria and Andrew and the people to see!! F**king amazing customer service!

Christina and Amanda gave absolutely amazing customer service today. Amanda was up selling In a non-pushy really friendly way. I work in customer service myself I know great customer service when I see it as this is how I want my sales people to be when they work for me. Every time I come to Terrapin Station I expect great customer service I also get great customer service. I’ve been to many different smoke shops in Atlanta and I find that this one does not gouge you with high prices. They are absolutely amazing here this is where you wanna go for your vaping needs. So please Terrapin station don’t lose these girls Christina and Amanda are great sales people and this is the place that I always go to for my vaping and other needs. Even more they always know what they’re talking about and they never try to just sell your product just to make a sale they make sure that this is something that you want and this is something that you need and that is great customer service.

Walked in to check out the shop and scope the merch. Front of the store contains vape and other items as well as clothing. The back half is where the shops hosts their glass and other smoke related items. Although I don't partake, their selection was awesome. Riley was awesome to work with who gave many great suggestions. Very friendly, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. Ranging from low end to very high end pieces. Bowls, bongs, dab rigs, etc. Tons of nice stuff for great prices. Will be back, will recommend. 5 stars.

The staff here is knowledgeable about an the products. I came looking for a particular brand of vape battery. They were out of stock. The attendant went through what I was looking for and was able to find me a space replacement and it was cheaper! Very hippy, old school "head shop" vibe, lots of grateful dead posters and plenty of incense burning. Do remember during COVID customers are required to wear a mask to come in (employees are also masked) or you can call ahead and pick up curbside.

Wonderful little shop in Atlanta. I've purchased everything from locally handmade dresses, to incense, to beautiful glass blown pipes here. The staff is always incredibly kind and helpful. They always have good music playing too :)

Lots of merchandise to choose from! I needed to buy a bumper sticker that my mom has been after for a while (Tolerance spelled out with symbols) and they not only had the one she wanted but 5 other designs of the same one, so great selection. Really nice staff too! Also have a lot of specialized items for incense burning, holistic healing, and body cleansing techniques.

Hana had excellent customer service, and was just great to talk to. :) great shop !

Terrapin became my new “goto” shop once quarantine hit. Since, I’ve all but completely abandoned my other shop. Great service; great people; cool shop with other non-vape items. Most critical, they actually wear masks and even provide hand sanitizer. Big shout to Olivia and the rest of the team ✌🏾😊

Great customer service as usual! Picked up my first glass "baby beaker". All my questions were answered and the suggested product is simple and works perfectly!!!

Awesome selection for Dead-heads, Spread-heads, well...any head! Staff was very kind and helpful. Best Head Shop in Atlanta! These guys have it all!!!

Sweet little spot for local 'heads, both dead and spread. Lots of cool shirts and hats and stickers, etc. Killer collection of glass pieces as well. Friendly staff, kind atmosphere.

Very clean & well organized store with a large variety! Daria is awesome! She’s patient, pleasant and very knowledgeable! I’m never disappointed!
