Publix Super Market at Howell Mill Village

The customer service was great! The store was clean, organized and well stocked. The sweet lady at the deli that made my husband's sandwich was super sweet!! Highly recommend!!

The staff is pretty helpful and attentive. The store is kept in full supply and is always well maintained.

My interaction at checkout with Shannon was great! She was so nice and helpful. Kroger cashiers should take note of Publix employees.

The service was excellent. I had some help in the flower department prepping for my girlfriends birthday and the young lady who gave me service exceeded expectations. Definitely a must visit guys.

Kevin in the meat department was amazing! He had superb customer service and went above and beyond to provide me with a great shopping experience. I was looking for lamb chops and they all seemed to be sold out. I felt defeated but still asked Kevin if they had any and he was kind enough to go look in the back and found them! He made my day and I was happy to make delicious lamb chops for my family thanks to him. His personality was very warm and welcoming. I will be back to this location because of him!

Everything is so fresh and good customer service

This is a new Publix. I love the deli section, it always has a good variety of specialty cheeses. They also have a good selection of wines. The store is clean and it has good parking and well lit at night.

Really appreciated how the cashier stood out in the aisle to indicate she was available. Also liked the fact that she had someone to bag the groceries who also had to do an item price check which made the check out procedure much speedier! Additionally, everyone who assisted me in the store was extremely helpful and friendly which made for a very pleasant shopping experience 🤗❣😇

I ordered an assortment of items from the deli and bakery and I was BEYOND pleased. Customer service and energy was outstanding! Excellent employees from the deli to the cashiers. Made my son bday super special!! Every single item was prepared properly and looked beautiful. The cake was THE BOMB!! Beautiful Black panther cake, choc covered strawberries, yoyo cookies, and a horde of chicken and tenders. Thank you so much the entire team at Howell Mill who made this possible. Love you guys and wish you all the very best.

Publix here is always a pleasant shopping experience due to helpful workers and managers even if you don't ask. HOWEVER tacky people in our neighborhood are making it stressful and dangerous for Publix to maintain health department rules by REPEATEDLY bringing in their dogs...putting them in the baskets, letting them inside frozen food fridge doors and challenging management that tries to enforce rules. This is NASTY and rude no matter how clean and well behaved u think ur dog is. If I have my dog and I have to go to the store I take her home first. SO FELLOW DOG OWNERS .... 1) plan grocery trips when u leave ur dog home!! 2) Get over yourselves, stop disrespecting our great grocery store and your fellow neighbors. 3) take a health sciences class so U can get a clue 4) don't purposely go over there... challenge employers cause a scene and cost people their jobs. Don't "be the drama".

I don’t write reviews often but I wanted to recognize the amazing efforts of the pharmacy manager at the Publix on Howell Mill Road. Morgan was amazing. After I had a terrible experience at the Walgreens next door, I came to Publix for a flu shot and a my third booster shot for Covid before my overseas trip next week. Morgan was a pro on every level. She solved problems, answered questions and went above and beyond to make it right! She did everything right! And Walgreens did it wrong. Thanks Morgan for making me feel respected and valued. And now vaccinated too!

Produce is always in good shape. Selection is perfect for traditional meals. For a larger selection, you may want to go to whole foods. Joseph works in produce. Very helpful. Christina works the front of the store and always kind. Ask for Jack in the meat department if you have specific cuts or needs. Genuine people are rare these days. Store is always clean and well organized.
Great location. Close to highway, liquor store, and UPS. Hired security is a nice touch anywhere in ATL.

Store was well organized I found everything I was looking for in there. The customer service was great. I was in and out. I enjoyed my shopping experience.ill definitely return to that location if I'm in that area.

Always clean, well stocked and courteous. The lines can appear intimidating but they move fairly quickly. It's a smaller store so some niche items may not be offered. Can always speak to a manager about addressing that. The sushi chef is fun and engaging. Subs are in line with the Pubsub standard.

This store is always stocked and have everything you need. They just need to have potato wedges in the deli everyday tho lol.

I swear this Publix is one the best ones u can shop at. It's always clean including bathrooms. The staff ain't always in your face, but when u do need help they anxious to help. Foods always stock and organized.
