Walgreens

Just wanted to give this Walgreens location props for their exceptional customer service. This was my third time coming in. The checkout staff are so friendly and helpful. This time I also went to the pharmacy which was an equally respectful and courteous experience. Thank you!

Chris was super helpful getting me passport photos. He spent a lot of time and was very nice about it. Would highly recommend this Walgreens because of him!

Cindy the Pharmacist really went above and beyond to help me locate my Prescription.

Before coming to this Walgreens, I contacted about 5 Walgreens via Phone to locate a Prescription because the One in Tucker, Lavista Forgot to place my order without informing me a week after.

All the Walgreens I've contacted were so rude and impatient. One of them even said "I don't have time to check" and hung up.

Cindy was literally doing three things at once, Prepping to Administer a Covid Vaccine, locating my prescription and filling out Prescriptions.

And she was able to fill my prescription with the loads of volume that were coming into her pharmacy.

I am really grateful she did that for me.

Nykee is amazing at this location so the five stars is for her ! Now as far as the pharmacy if I made a separate post it would be two stars. I don’t know if it’s understaffing or what but those working back there don’t have an efficient process, aren’t timely, and aren’t welcoming.

The staff is friendly and professional especially Ms Renee she always makes our shopping experience seamless and a pleasure. We enjoy going there and the store is clean and and their Catalina machine works. The ladies (staff) are always knowledgeable and a great help. It's one of my favorite places to go. ♥♥♥♥♥

Dana the Shift and Diana, the Store Associate were so very helpful with the printing of a loved ones banner at the last minute! Thank you, I really appreciate you both. Excellent Customer Care‼‼‼

Passport/visa service was very friendly and fast

This was my first time ever going to this Walgreens today but I was just so over whelmed with the customer service from the cashier Hanna I just had to at least write this review.Hanna was so calm and patient with me while I was using digital coupons during my transaction.she is such a great employee and represents Walgreens well!

Best club music in town and amazing afterhours spot. I miss dj snake oil but aside from that the crowd is still the same from back in the day. The party starts as soon as you walk in the door.

Friendly and helpful

Very nice customer service and fast service. This building is much smaller than the corner Walgreens but I'm sure you can find some of the same items. I found everything I came in there for.

The pharmacy staff were friendly and informative with our needs.

Sienna is an angel. So helpful and kind. She helped me receive my digital passport photo when the machine was being problematic. I would recommend going to this location during the day. The Night Shift is not good. They were all on their phone while serving customers, not very helpful and seemed like they hated their jobs.

The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because of Justice and the Store Manager, Chris, who was willing to rectify the situation. If you ever see a woman named Hannah behind the counter, your best bet is to run the other way. She has the nastiest attitude I've ever encountered, and she's supposed to be a "manager" on duty. She is a horrible representation of Walgreens, and I am surprised they even allow someone with such terrible customer service skills to work at the store. I understand times are hard, and businesses are suffering from staff shortages, but as long as Hannah works at this Walgreens, staffing shortages will be the least of their problems.
