We love Elijah ❤ I was so tired from walking through the mall with my 7 yr old active son Braylon. We went to return clothing to a department store we order clothing offline from. We went in and H&M was busy. I couldn’t put one outfit together. So I asked Elijah for his help and with excitement and a smile he put together three or four outfits and asked my son if he liked them. It’s the idea he cared about how my son would feel about the looks. When we left Braylon said mom I see what you mean all people that work in stores aren’t mean or rude. Wait not to mention at check out Brittany folded the clothes so neatly. It’s an experience and we appreciate it. !

The store is clean and comfortable. The associates are ok. The sales and clothing choices are superb. The sales are fair. My daughter loves H&M and I love the sales and points program.

Currently has a fresh selection of mens clothing, friendly and helpful staff, always well organized.

Employees are super rude when doing returns or exchanges. First time I did an exchange the cashier did it wrong had to just give me a refund. Today I tried to return a few shirts and the girl sniffed all the shirts and said they smelled like they had been washed and that she can’t allow me to return them. The tags were still new, not tore, worn or anything so how were the clothes washed ? Love H&M but will not be going back to this one

Horrible customer service at the Baton Rouge store. My son tried to return a jacket that was too small. Wouldn’t take it because the tag was missing. We had the receipt. This rule isn’t listed on their return policy online or posted in the store.
