I've visited this location on and off over the years and the staff has always been super helpful and kind. Most recently I went with a friend on 8/18 and two employees helped with sizings for things that don't have clear size charts (accessories like harnesses and stuff) and took their time with my friend to really help and explain and even offer to order the correct item in store for them. They don't like to shop much in person and it was a very positive experience for them,

Great experience! Spent way too much money in a good way. The cashier was super friendly and put a huge smile on my non verbal kids face!

I love Hot Topic. Hate that so many of theor stores have closed/relocated, so finding it at the Mall of LA was a treat! Got an awesome skull tank top! Staff was friendly and helpful. Wasn't too crowded.

I had a good experience. The associates were helpful, which made my shopping trip easy. I do wish I was told that I was so close to more Hot Cash. I would have purchased another item.

Very friendly. Two of the sweetest girls in the mall. I've never been to a Hot Topic. My daughter wanted to look in there so we did. And now I'm a fan.

Old time classic. I will never not go in this store. I highly recommend this store to anyone. They have something for everybody

love it here. the staff are really nice. only issue I have right now is with the wait because of covid and reserving a spot in the store. aside from that i love this place.

Been a nice place since I was a kid but in recent years their stock has gone down they don't really carry as much stuff as they used to. Now it's just like the top three to top four anime anything that's recently come back into light and new movie and show stuff I only write it aside because it's just chill there that's all lol

Loads and loads of interesting, neat clothing and merchandise covering lots of series and pop culture. Employees are super-friendly and willing to help you out if you need it. A frequent stop for me to see what's new in the t-shirt section.

They had a line to make sure that there wasn't too many ppl in the store at a time but it was moving. Great job HT.

I've been shopping here for years,their anime merchandise inventory is pretty decent.

This is my daughter's all time place to shop and I can see why. They have awesome stuff and the staff is awesome.

Hot topic is always bringing the newest memorabilia on our favorite characters such as Harry Potter, Supernatural, Rock Bands, Rap bands, Funko Pop figurines, etc.

The customer service in this store is phenomenal!! The salesperson helped me find stuff for my supernatural fix! And made suggestions about where to find more items!!! Just great!!

This particular HT is one of my favs. The store is always clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Well stocked, plenty of fun gifts, appears to offer a larger selection than Lafayette.

The ladies that work there were very professional, polite, and willing to help answer any questions you may have. I would definitely recommend shopping there.
