Best Buy

Came in twice, once to buy a laptop and then later to buy a printer. Travis helped us both times. It was such a pleasure working with him and was happy for his knowledgeable input.

Excellent experience buying a cell phone yesterday. Previously, always dealt with cell phone company stores, always hated it. Like buying a used car. Company stores have commissions, but Best Buy sales people are hourly. Makes all the difference, they help instead of pushing stuff you don't want. Prices are the same, but you don't get stuck with unwanted extras.

We have a geek squad contract. Purchased a new TV. It was delivered on time by a very nice young woman, Erica. She was exceptionally knowledgeable and had the TV set up and running in no time. Answered all our questions. Very helpful. Erica is an asset to the Geek squad and your company

An above average best buy! Has all the products expected at a best buy. The staff is quite knowledgeable and approachable. They are however very hungry for sales commissions so you might get swarmed. Great deals around the holidays! I got a 43" 6 series 4k samsung led tv for 269$ including tax!
Im a totaltech member and buy any electronic i can from Best Buy. Their warranties and support are unmatched!

Did an online order which was simple to navigate. Pick up was a breeze and even left with 1 more item I found. Great service,store is clean and has an easy-going vibe

Cool shop the staff are reddy to help.the shop look clean the set up and displays are awesome.like to wonder around in there shop.there are many things for us to wonder around.sometime i got nothing but just to say hi to the staff lol.

They have an extensive selection of electronics. Went there to purchase Roku, Digital Antenna, and Soundbar for a TCL TV. Given very helpful information from Marcus to help me cut the cable cord. Then, I went across to Spectrum and canceled cable, bringing our internet and phone bill down enormously.

This is my husband's favorite store to go to. The employees are very polite and helpful. The store in general is very organized and it's a nice experi and to visit, albeit it's a small Best Buy.

Stop in mentor store and a team member Ty was very knowledgeable and helpful. Glad to have him helping us.

Purchased a SanDisk and was helped by the associate to save my photos on to it. Then I went to the TV mounting section. Agent Terrence was very helpful with pricing and discussing all the options.

As a PC tech myself, the GeekSquad guys are pretty dang good. They helped my partner out with her MacBook Pro which was having some strange issues. We brought it in thinking we still had a warranty (and I admittedly hate working on Apple products) but, to our surprise, it expired.

Even with that though, they still diagnosed and fixed the issue for free. Not that making a service free immediately makes it a 5-star service, but it's a nice courtesy because of the short time it took to repair.

Great customer service. Kiki was so helpful and nice.

I'm almost bed-ridden so I stopped in to get a new TV set. Did you know manufacturers don't make console TVs? Just thin units that can hang on a wall like a electric picture! I feel like I'm living in a episode of Buck Rogers.

I bought a Microphone, and surround sound speakers for my computer, and the customer service onsite was excellent and they were very knowledgeable with the products.

My wife and I were shopping for a TV. This had not been the first store we went to. Most people that we spoke to either didn’t know what they were talking about or just didn’t care. Until we met Elliot. Truly an asset to this store. This guy knows his stuff and is extremely helpful. The store lights shut off and Elliot was insisting on making sure all our questions were answered before he made a decision. As a business owner, this is hard to find. This guy is a diamond in the rough and needs a raise! If not Elliot, come work for me!
