Great gas and convenience store with made to order food and drink options. This Sheetz store is very well maintained. They have a car wash and also electric vehicle charging stations.

It's Veterans Day, so my husband and I stopped in for our free turkey sandwich and were blown away by the service and all that we received for being veterans. The service was much better than some sit down restaurants. Thank you for honoring veterans.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Amazing food and clean establishment. My go to place for a grilled cheese and curly fries. I'm also going to mention the patience the staff shows with the crazy drunk customers. They're really annoying but the Sheetz staff is always professional.

The sheets in Mentor on the lake near 7214 Industrial Drive the people there are really nice. I messed up on my order got the wrong mozzarella cheese sticks and they happily remade my order.

Cleanest/most organized Sheetz I have ever been to. Also the busiest, which says alot. Great, friendly staff in both the kitchen and the checkout, have never had an issue with the food, it's always fresh, delicious, and made CORRECTLY! Gas is usually the cheapest in the area. This is my go-to spot!

I really enjoy going into Sheetz. The staff is really friendly. When I go in I pre-order food and pick it up at the registers. Today, after not going in for 2 months, the clerk, Nadine, actually remembered my name. It was awesome customer service.

Not ever a bad experience here. Staff here are always friendly. Coffee is always Fresh and Hot. Soda's and other beverages always Cold. MTO is always busy, preparing your 'fresh" choices. I love Sheetz especially my store I go to. Friendly workers, good food/shakes and fast service. And always fix anything if it's wrong. Which never really happens.

I ordered fries and had 2 cups of honey mustard but they gave me 4. My order was bussin. (this) Sheetz came thru for me 💜

This location is my fav. Everyone is always nice, second shift manager Joe is always pleasant and keeps everything moving

Food here is amazing for being a gas station. Also the gas prices are reasonable and their rewards system is great as well.

They got alot of Great options and they also cool electronic Menus to order anything you want from Drinks to Food.

Absolutely terrible. Almost every visit ends up in food missing, never replaced. Do not recommend unless extremely intoxicated or lack of care...

Has E85 fuel ⛽!!! No where else has it in Mentor. That alone gets a 5 star! Save $$$$$$$.
