Stopped in for a few items in the women’s section and was happy to see Sadia to now be at the Mentor location. She was very helpful here as she was when she helped me back in December at the Beachwood location.

I have always loved Dillard's, but the best deals are to be had after Christmas! Picked up a $100 pair of pj's for $13....! The ladies on the sales floor are always super helpful too!

Old school shopping with a luxury feel. A great place to shop. I highly recommend it.

Pretty solid selection of clothes and brands. Can be a little expensive, but if you go when they are having their sales the prices are great.

Love working with Donna at the Estee Lauder counter. She is so friendly and informative about their skin care products.

Another Great Employee We Were Also Blessed To Criss Paths Was The Lovely Jared! Amazing Character, Great Work Ethics, Amazing Customer Service! Always A Great Engagement/Experience. Successfully Explained What Was New Helping Me And My Find Fragrances For Him And Her Along With GiftSets!!! Love Him. The Next Employee Kim Was Delightful, Sweet Helping Me Find Cologne I Desperately Needed. She Was Very Professional And We Love To Encounter This One On One With Each Employee Representing A Great Example Of An Asset.The Last Employee That Made This Whole Experience Complete Was Peter! My Wife Loved His Makeup He Explained Everything Used At His Makeup Station. My Wife Wishes She Met Him Sooner! As She Is.Enrolled For Esthetics. She Can't Wait To Make Her Next Visit With Peter For More Details On Purchasing What She Needs To Be Great At What She Does. With This Being Said We Enjoyed The Day With These Four Employees. The Branch Manager Should Be Ecstatic And Very Proud Making The Decision To Hire These Excellent, Exceptional Employee! Keep Up The Great Work! My favorite store and also brought back memories for my boyfriend!!

I went in to buy something for son's funeral. I happened to talk to Key. In the Polo department. He was very helpful. Even after he rang my purchase up and I discovered I had gone over budget. So he showed me something that fit my budget and rang that up. This was without any hesitation.

Went in the store with specific needs in mind for a men’s jacket and was given exceptional service by Cody who looked in multiple areas of the department to get the right fit and look. Thank you. We will definitely ask for him on a return trip.

The Mentor location always has a great selection of dresses. When I am in need of a dress this is the perfect store.

Be careful. They don't return merchandise for a refund, exchange, or store credit past 30 days. The least they can do is give you a store credit. I just tried making a return and the guy may as well of taken out a magnifying glass to inspect it. How absolutely embarrassing. I've NEVER been to a store where they don't at least give you a store credit regardless of the time frame. Now I'm stuck with expensive cloths that don't fit that I can't do anything with. I won't be shopping here again. It's a shame because I really liked Dillards.

UPDATE: since posting this review I received a call from the manager who was kind enough to provide me a refund and educate me further on their return policies for future reference. She listened to my issue and was very nice. I've been back multiple times since.

Great store. Great selections in merchandise. Friendly customer service. The sales offer great savings on a wide array of merchandise. My daughter especially loves Dillards and fondly remembers her grandmother loving to shop at this store too!

My experience at this place was great! Customer service was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The store was very clean and every department's items were displayed very neatly, attractive and accessible. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. And the pantsuit collection is back in the Elegant Wear department and they are #Georgeous.

Thank you to the young woman at the Clinique counter who helped me today. I needed new makeup and more importantly the right color and she really helped me. Thank you and if I find your name on the receipt, I will update this so you get full credit! I will definitely be back.

My wife loves this place, I just accompanied her. Was pretty typical of all the big department stores in the mall. She pointed out a hat she wanted for Christmas, so I had to go back a second time without hey to get it. Fairly busy as it's Christmas time, but check-out was easy enough and they had a sale going on.

I always love going clothes shopping at Dillard’s, they have so many great options and the prices are not to bad especially since they have discounts on moser of the products.

Cheryl was incredibly helpful in the women’s department! She helped us find the perfect suit jacket and assisted us through the whole process! Her thoughtfulness was very appreciated and made for an excellent experience at Dillards!

Feel like the department store is going to be a thing of the past. Enjoying it while it's still here. Maybe I'm getting old, but I really enjoy the in person experience of shopping. Using my senses to see, feel even smell rather than point and click makes shopping an event not a task. People are so concerned about the end result these and not enjoying the journey. So, thanks Dillards for still being a place, a real tangible place.
