Finish Line

I use to be a skeptic because everytime I would see something I liked there, it was way over priced. What I didn't take the time to find out then, is that they do have Sales! They always have the latest styles and Trends. I did a lot of shopping there this year because I couldn't find the pricing elsewhere. Like No Where! I found top Names for very responsible prices. I signed up with the website and got first picks on new styles for shoes and clothing. Plus..they notified me an hour before a special showing and I got a pair of the limited addition 2Pac/Grant Hills! And now with every purchase if your signed up, give you points that you can use for a variety of perks like, money off, free shipping, gift cards. Tons of stuff so it's worth it. They have a new Regular shopper now! If you order on line it comes pretty quickly too! Thanks Finish Line! You made shopping for my man a lot easier!

Finish line itself may not have good customer service, but at least this store does! Staff is super nice, helpful, efficient and goes above and beyond to take care of customers. I live a lot closer to a few other locations, but will go out of my way just to shop at this one.

Went in and had separate transactions, valued over $1,500. The two who helped, Natalia and Janna (probably misspelled), were extremely polite. Made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you guys for being very helpful and making things easy. Happy Holidays!

Customer service was excellent, bought 2 different pairs of children shoes. I went in @ five minutes to closing, they did a shoe sizing and diligently tried finding the correct size for my daughter. One of ther pairs they were out of. But they were willing to try and see if could be ordered online.

Better then foot locker. Lol

Good for shoes but there are other stores that have better selections I'm disappointed that even online finish line you can get shoes that are available on earth nothing special just ordering a brand of shoes. I'm disappointed in not being able to buy selections of let's say Adidas or Jordan's when I'm in front of a computer at the store with an employee operating it or even at home. So so disappointing... why ?

I really like shopping at Finish line there sales are good I do my shopping for my teenage son.

All ways a great experience but Went again last week to buy something I seen online they said they had in stock in Elyria well get to the mall to get it and the store was cleaned out and closed was told buy another store that they had an electrical fire that's why they were closed and and emptied out but will be opening back up just didn't say when.
