Lovely staff, friendly and helpful! And of course free sample! Chocolate is always amazing!

Only issue is the parking can be very tricky at times.

Janet is an absolute sweetheart and bless her for travelling all the way from her normal shop in cv/oakland great customer service!

If you want chocolates, the variety is fabulous. A little on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for in this case. Or maybe even more.

See's candy is great! The service is great and you even get a free sample when you go there. The store is always clean and it's just my favorite. The parking lot is a bit crowded because it's shared with Whole Foods Market and a few other businesses, but you always find a spot not too far away. They do doordash and you can also order online.

Great customer service from the young lady working on Monday afternoon. (So sorry I forgot her name.)

Bad: Parking was difficult. If you want to come at all, I recommend you come early. There was also a line to enter the store because they only let a certain amount of people in at one time.

Good: I went on Monday and there was a wait to make my own custom box, but the staff remained friendly and helpful. The woman at the chocolate counter took my order quickly and was pleasant throughout. Checkout was quick and the gentleman even bowed to me on my way out. This was my first time coming to a See's Candies and I'm happy to say I wouldn't hesitate to come back in the future.

This See's feels so classic, and the ladies who work there are also classy! Parking is awful, but you are greeted when you walk in the door, the store is immaculate, and the cashiers are extremely fast so a line does not equal a long wait. Great place to buy gifts for the sweet lover in your life.

I always get my favorites for the family every month either 1/2 or 1 pound of customized chocolates. Then get the lemon drops( the best I had - both lemony sweet snd tangy hits the spot to pucker up).

Love the personalized attention and service we got here. The sales lady made the effort to know what we liked, provide appropriate suggestions, told us about upcoming product and offered samples. She made it a truly curated experience that epitomizes the best of See's.

Those complaining or down-rating due to price are clearly trying to compare See's Candy to Hershey's when they should be comparing it to Godiva or other world class chocolatiers (See's is much cheaper).

The person that helped us choose and check out 15 min ago was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and friendly.

As always See's is the best. Lots of pre boxed treats and of course you can always pick out what you want. And of course a free sample

Parking here, especially on the weekend is terrible!
Buy the lady's that work here are nice and the place is clean. I have been to this location a few times and would recommend! Just be careful on when you come if you want parking!

You get a sample and are greeted with a smile right when you walk in. Lots of selection, almost overwhelmingly so in dark and milk chocolate. Tell the staff what you are looking for or the theme, and they will guide you, sold by weight, as many as 1 piece in a bag or by the box!

They are always so nice and helpful. They might be eating a lot of candy and that makes them so sweet (tee hee). The candy is as good as ever... Love the sample.

My wife and I have shopped at this location many times, and the sales ladies always make us feel that we are special valuable customer each time we walked into this store. We always left the store with a big smile.

It's been my favorite candy for all of my 77-year life. I love the soft centers and the bonbons. It's the only sees candy in Fremont, which is too bad because parking there is a nightmare.

Just the best candy ever! And great customer service.
