A great selection across the board of all types of products. Staff is super friendly and super helpful and make each visit pleasant and fun.

They always seem to have something im looking for that's unique. Something that is perfect I just didn't know it until I saw it. Good prices and selections. Would like to see more staff but that's everywhere these days.

They have stuff and things. Not a whole bunch of car stuff like they used to, you know ArmourAll, TurtleWax and the like.

Always friendly. Greeted you with a smile and welcome in.

Went to the Chico store. I was so disappointed. Hardly any Halloween decorations. It's all about Christmas. Not one person asked me if they could help

I grew up in this store have shopped there a very long time. I was very pleased as I went into the chico store everybody was very friendly it was clean and organized! The people actually checked on me cuz I was in there so long but I it had been a while since I had shopped there so I went back looking for some deals it was amazing! The cashier was absolutely wonderful and very helpful I ended up leaving with two cartfuls of stuff and was very satisfied! The only thing I would change was the bathroom was not quite up to par it could have used a little TLC.

They have the best Libbey Christmas mugs!! Very heavy glass and cute design on front!! Got a set of 8 as they sell quickly!! Friendly cashier who even helped wrap mugs so they would not break!!

My wife and I both love this place. Great deals on items for the dogs. The toy sales during Christmas are fantastic! We even buy extra to donate in Orland, our hometown. My mom worked here for almost 15 years, so we've been shopping here since it was McFugals. We also have been very pleased with the furniture. Our Simmons couch has held up for years, even with three young kids!
Will always hit this place up for good deals!

Love the new store. They have amazing employees that are honest and down right good people. My husband left his cell phone there and they made sure he got it back.

Went in looking for marbles ffg or board game no marbles but I found beautiful beads on sale too

The manager Jeff was extremely helpful and one of the nicest guys there. He went above and beyond to help me with returns and to find the right items. Thanks to him and his generosity I’ll most definitely be back. What an asset to Big Lots!

I was shocked to find the variety of organic items here. My girlfriend loves to shop, let me tell you this is one of the better places to be drug into. The furniture they have in the middle of the store is a dream to us guys. She can shop her little heart out while I relax

Nice cashiers and manager. Always helpful and willing to deal with you when it comes to the last item on the shelf. They are great in regards to store returns and gives their personal opinions on beds and couches. I bought two beds here and never felt pressured like most stores. I had an issue with delivery and called customer support and they actually apologized and refunded my $150 delivery fee and made the guys come back to collect my old mattress and box spring for Free! My new bed is super comfortable memory foam (a queen sized walnut creek) and doesn't have any weird factory smell like some complain about on their site.

Big lots always has great holiday gift sets, and other misc things, it's always fun to see what items they have and they always have low prices! :) One of my favorite things, I bought my dining room table from there and it was a low price ($299) and it looks AMAZING in my house, and it was actually raining when I purchased the item and (kinda funny) my car was just barely to small for it to fit and the guy working in the stock room brought it out, and tried everything he could to make it fit but it didn't soooooo, he stood out in the rain with me waiting for 15 minutes or so for my spouse to bring the other car.. So basically, they have great and friendly customer service :)

Went there for a blender and it had to be a special kind and they had ,had other items I was looking for as well store clerks were friendly .thank you big lots

Big lots has almost every everyday need. I lived across the street from the La Riviera Drive location of in Sacramento. I was there weekly. Great store.

Bought a friend a hope chest and some drawers here cause they had no furniture for storing things, and needed them desperately, previously went to world market and home Depot and everything was either too big, too expensive, or not in stock, and here we scored two pieces of furniture and had some left over from the original budget.

Always great selection and good price. Big Lots very friendly staff. Thank u
