I get my hair done there. It's the only place I go these days for my hair because their hairdresser's are the best. I've been there 3 times and all 3 times I left very satisfied and that is something that rarely happens. Thanks JCPenny for having great people working in your salon.

Good location decent selection is great because I can find big and tall we’re here pretty easily and also at affordable prices somethings are over price but there are bargains to be found as well

Clean place with fast friendly service. They usually have better prices than Wal-Mart so I check here first

They actually carry a nice selection of slim-cut dress shirts and often run deals that make them rather affordable. Good tie selection too. The shirts are of pretty fair quality, which I have not had from some other stores of comparable price.

I called in advance from out of state to arrange for somebody to help my grandma find an outfit for her granddaughter's wedding. I spoke with manager Kristina who was more than willing to help and very kind. My grandma was very pleased. She said "Kristina sent Liz to help me she spent 1 hr. 45 min. with me -- she was really wonderful -- could never managed it all without her picking, choosing & helping me change clothes -- a wonderful experience" Thank you!

Curbside pick up was quick and easy. I didn’t have to wait anytime at all for them to bring it right to my car. I love it

I really love the quality of what I am paying for. I will gladly pay 20+ dollars for a nice shirt if I know it's going to last. Everything seems pretty clean. I do wish their were more chairs in the dressing rooms that were nice and not cheap little metal ones.

I feel like JC Penneys is iconic. What 70s kid didn't go to JCP to get back-to-school clothes? I still shop at JCP now that I'm buying clothes for my grandkids. The Chico JCP always has friendly staff, comfortable shopping experience and reliable quality products.

We do not shop much. Wife needed a dress for our niece's wedding. The sales clerks were SO helpful and creative.

The salesperson(Melissa) and the manager(Liz) where fantastic! We purchased a new matress and base. They put in alot of time and effort to to get us an amazing deal. They both exceeded our expectations in every way!

The staff was very helpful. The sales were great. I bought 2 boots and a pair of shoes for 85.00. Everything was almost 95 % off. It was a great deal.
