I’m new to the area, and was feeling a bit homesick. My hands were full and I needed help with a chair mat. Lenelle was really helpful and very nice, and even waited on me at the checkout out, answering my questions about the store as well. So, a big thank you for making me not feel so out of sorts, and helping me out.

It's been about 2 years since my first review above. I would just like to add that no matter where I've moved, Staples has always been really good to me. The associates that know me by now here always take the time to talk with me and are very helpful. I've seen them have customers that give them a hard time, but all I can say about that is that you can't please everyone. I'm happy with the services they provide and if I could give them more stars I would. :)

Great customer service. Ashley in the copy center helped me custom envelopes. The system kept freezing on her and she remained calm, friendly, and professional throughout the whole ordeal. Today ordered office equipment and the John very helpful . The cashier was very friendly as well. They all deserve a Christmas bonus. Everyone in that store had a smile and kind words

My rating is solely for the Print & Copy center: Have not had much interaction or dealing with the rest of the store to give a review. With that said, Thomas is the best! He is very helpful and if it weren't for him, I'd probably be open to printing anywhere else. When the Red Bluff store was open, I prefered to do the nearly hour drive to Chico than print in the Red Bluff store.

Business cards are a great deal here besides the very quick turn around time.

Great customer service. Needed to print out a handful of resume papers and Amber did a fantastic job. She was very helpful and kept ensuring if all papers were printed out correctly. I'll highly recommend this place. A++

I would say excellent customer service l went to this store in the morning and l was in a little rush the girl in the counter was so sweet l wish every store have staffs like her she helped me out and was very nice lam sure the managers would be proud of her good job l highly recommend this place lots of stuff and good price

I wanted to buy an item and the sales manager was very helpful. I come in often, and Christina is warm and friendly. The store overall is clean and orderly.

The sales associate was knowledgeable and friendly and polite he took time to answer my questions and helped me get the best price on the item I purchased. I will stop there again.

Needed to buy a replacement chair for me. The old ones are failing. The technician showed me a suitable replacement, at a price I can afford.

I was desperate for a printer and the staff came through with an affordable clearance item. Plus, they matched toner prices with online brick and mortar stores!

Unfortunately this store location (Red Bluff,CA) PERMANENTLY CLOSED March 2017. Loved shopping there and now Red Bluff has no office supply store in town.

Very helpful when I was there to get a new printer. Spent all the time with me to help me pick out the one for me.
