Wonderful people! Everyone is super friendly and helpful. The store itself is highly organized, very clean and laid out in an accommodating manner to allow for easy browsing, even when it's busy.

Out of all the comic stores in the bay area, I recommend this one above all others. Thanks, guys 😀

Approaching the store I thought it was going to be a hole in the wall, but to my surprise Illusive Comics and Games is massive inside!! You immediately get caught up in the fantastic displays and organization of the store. The clerk Perry was very inviting as were all the rest of the staff. I truly enjoyed my experience without being harassed to buy something. I definitely will be back for a Funko Pop Collectible and probably a copy of Punk Taco!

We were in town visiting friends and decided to hit up 4 comic book stores within the area. Each one has something we were able to purchase. However, we ended up here on a late Friday evening and were highly impressed with the selection of comics, graphic novels and of course random stuffies. The staff is super nice, the store is very organized and it's a pretty fun place to be. I will add this to a list of places to return to on my next visit in town.

My ALL time favorite comic book store that I have personally been to in the bay area. I love how professional they are, how they could also, sit and talk with you about your interests/similar likes, (in the sense of) they are willing//open to having good conversation as they are really respectful of customer service. I super adore Erica!

They have a multitude of different genres i.e. product/stock.
I love the $1 comics and the selections they have My go to stop for anything that also include my love for Comics, Anime, illustration, card/board games color books, stuffies, and figurines, collectibles, posters etc.
They also do live card games that you can sit in on as long as you sign up.

Their website had a book that was out of print, for a great price, brand new. They shipped it very quickly and in the best protective packaging I've ever seen for a shipped book!! (like 3 layers of thin cardboard.) I will always check here from now on first, before buying comics etc. elswhere!

The mask policy threw me off at the start but it’s not big deal. The staff was friendly, helpful and informative about the events they have on a weekly basis. I was able to snag Charizard flip deck box for $5 less than Ebay. The store itself is clean, organized, and a lot bigger than it looks.

There are several lgs and comic shops closer to me, but I still travel the extra distance to come here to purchase MTG products, comic books, and board games because of the always excellent customer service and welcoming environment.

My favorite comic book shop in the entirety of the Bay Area. Family friendly, extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff, this place has it all. Plenty of parking. Great ambiance.
They have kids classes for Dungeons & Dragons too.

Little neat shop featuring multiple board games, magic card games, Pokémon, mystery boxes, d &d figures and dice, 3D figet , marvel and DC comics , pins ect and so much more , games and things for all ages , everything is new , no used board games

Best friendly local game store in the bay area! Super knowledgeable and friendly staff, great game selection and lots of table space to play whatever type of games tickle your fancy make isle of gamers a fantastic place. And now in their new more spacious location they also have a VIP player room that you can rent out by the hour for private gaming parties👍

What a great store to get your Magic the Gathering products in addition to D&D, and game products. So much ample space (tables) in the back to play cards. The staff are kind and friendly but most important knowledgeable of the products the sell. I was lucky enough to spin the wheel and won a MTG promo pack.

Very friendly and knowledgable staff, great board game and comics selection, lots of fun things to look at. Not the best spot to go to if you're looking for MTG singles, but they do have a small selection to look through and a plethora of sealed product.

Hands down the best game store in Silicon Valley!

+ Best Pricing in the Area
Being a pricey area, most games stores in this area charge absurd amounts over MSRP for board games. Illusive Comics and Games is the only store I’ve found with pricing that is close to, if not exactly at, MSRP. I cannot stress enough how rare it is to find a game store that doesn’t charge an absurd mark up for board games in this area. This is a store I am happy to support and is the only game store in the area where I can find games at the prices they should actually be!

+ Huge Selection
This store has a huge selection of board games, comics, accessories, and other stuff. I sometimes stop by just to check out their new in stock shelves and their sale table. Always stuff cycling in and out.

+ Friendly Environment
This shop’s regulars and employees are so kind and friendly. I’ve bumped into some great people here randomly and have had nothing but positive experiences shopping here. It’s surprising how hard it is to find a game store in Silicon Valley that fosters such a great community. This place is really a gem in this aspect compared to the other shops I’ve been to in the area.

+ Convenient
This place is really convenient to shop at. They have a customer loyalty program that actually benefits customers and all of their game inventory is available to search for or purchase on their website. I love being able to check what’s in stock before I visit if I’m looking for something specific. Additionally, if they are out of stock on a product or do not carry it, they can order it for you and notify you when it’s in stock. (I had an obscure RPG I was trying to find at market price for two years and couldn’t. Then one day while I was in looking at board games, the employee overheard me talking about that game and she said that they don’t have it, but could order it for me. Two weeks later, I got a call it was in stock and at the price I was looking for! I’m still eternally grateful for helping me find “Thousand Year Old Vampire”!!!!)

This shop truly is something special. They do such a fantastic job of keeping a great stock of games and comics, fostering a positive and friendly community, and has great prices! If you are in the area, I highly recommend you stop by here.

Robin (I hope that's the correct spelling) was amazing! They were the kindest person and answered all of our questions even though we had a million of them! Did a pre-order of Dixit Disney here and it included extras including a Stitch token used in game that I think was exclusive to GenCon. Great local game store with so many helpful people looking to provide information/advice. Will definitely bring more of my business here whenever possible. Thanks!

My favorite place for buying board games and comics. Great prices, great range of products, helpful staff. Their pre-order and online shop with in-person pick up is awesome. Highly recommend this place.

A great extensive comic store that's bigger on the inside than it is on the outside! They don't just carry comics, they have plenty of tabletop, blind boxes, and all your needs for modern and vintage TCG. I have preordered modern sets from them a few times and you can't beat their pricing on whole booster boxes!

All the staff I have encountered are incredibly friendly and helpful (and will respect your pronouns), definitely swing by and take a look!

Definitely a cool store and worth checking out if you are a collector. Its primarily comics and games, hence the name of the store, but they do have a select few, very few, busts, figurines and other misc little collectibles. Friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable staff.

Very friendly local gaming and comic shop. The staff here is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Wide variety of comics and graphic novels, as well as a decent amount of games of all types. Note that as of this writing masks are required in the store even though restrictions have been removed in the county so please respect the wishes of this private business.
