Hardware and tools store, I like this store because it has a very good price. It sells very items you need for your work. You need to have coupons which help you alot.

I recently visited this hardware store to pick up some tools for my garage and was really impressed. The prices are incredibly good – you get great value for what you pay. What stood out to me was the helpfulness and friendliness of the employees. They were more than willing to assist and knew their stuff. Also, the store’s layout is excellent; it’s well-organized and easy to navigate, making finding what I needed a breeze. If you’re looking for home tools or just about anything for a DIY project, this is the place to go!

Lots of great stuff, good prices. Sometimes long lines. Never know. It’s worth it. Friendly and helpful staff too. Once I bought a huge saw. They brought it from the back— all the way to the car.

One of my favorite stores since I love tools. Good warranty for a lot of their stuff. Most tools aren’t top tier but will work for most folks. This location usually has a good amount in stock with friendly associates.

I really like visiting the Santa Clara location. It’s not too far from my home. They usually have exceptional deals/coupons on tools … some are extraordinarily priced so often I feel compelled to purchase.

Great for hand tools especially for a DIYer. Even the power tools I purchased here were quite decent… circular saw, miter saw and oscillating tool to name a few - all very good and have served their intended purpose. I cannot comment if professionals like their tools but I always see tradesmen and gear heads in here so I assume it cannot be too bad.

As with most hardware places staff can be hard to find if I have a question but I thinks overall staffing is better than when it had opened and seem more approachable.

Update 2023. I wanted to add that the staff at this location are a lot better than in the past (pre-covid) - much more helpful and available. I have updated my rating to 5/5 - Again absolutely cannot beat the prices here ... I am glad this store is here and especially like the deals they have!

Good selectiin and prices. Quality to price ratio is very good. You can buy better but it will cost significantly more. I buy Harbor Freight and Bosch depending on expected frequency of use.

Cheaper than Home Depot and Lowes, but certain tools dont hold for long. Most items have optional 2 year add on protection plan, for peace of mind. Clean floor area, friendly staff, clean restrooms

I prefer the premium brands (like hercules) which are pricier for the store but much cheaper than Home Depot and lasts much longer

Inexpensive tools, but you get what you pay for. Great for the home handyman, or some who loses tools occasionally.

No complaints about this place. Staff is helpful and they stock everything well. I’ve never been let down here. Plus you usually find something you forgot you needed. Cheap but warranties available if you’re gonna knowingly beat the tools up

I have never been to a Harbor Frieghts before. This store was awesome! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The down side (kind of) was that prices were so affordable that I not only got the extension cord I needed, but other tools that I wanted as well! Signed up for rewards program too. Will DEFINITELY be back!
