This is my local UPS store... I'm here often and I'm always grateful for Sally's wonderful help. She provides the best service possible and goes above and beyond. Sally is a very valuable asset to this location and has a very high work ethic. I hope management is taking notice! She also helps with packing items and making sure they are shipped safely, which I really appreciate! This location can get very busy but with employees like Sally, you won't be waiting too long. I'm a regular customer and am very glad she's part of the team!

Sally at the ups store#2762 is the best! She is friendly, knowledgable, professional & made an effort to get to know us. I love the service she provided & will return for other services that location provides due to Sally. Thank you!

This is the best store in Santa Clara area, the lady’s that her name is Appy and also Sally they help me out with almost 600 tube’s,

I visited this UPS store this afternoon to return a scooter to Amazon, and the two ladies working there, Sally and Appy, were just wonderful to me. I had no idea how to pack or send such a large object at home on my own, and going here was the best thing I could have done. They did everything in their power to help make the whole process easy for me, even when I had to go next door to Harbor Freight and pick up a tool to take the scooter apart! They helped me get everything protected and placed safely in the box, and were very pleasant the entire time. Highly recommend the store and highly recommend them as employees. Great service.

The ladies in this UPS store are super friendly and provide an excellent custom service for international shipping to Canada. Appy is very patient and helps me fill in long lists of my shipping items. Sally is very careful about what items can be shipped to Canada, and help me check with the the international shipping service. She also helped me to spend a long time fixing the wrong address I mistakenly input and kept tracking the returning items to make sure that I can get them back. GiGi is always very supportive and give useful suggestions to help me to ship my stuffs smoothly. I have successfully shopped my boxes, therefore, I trust them and went back to them for many times. Again, I really appreciate their help and this is definitely my go to UPS store for international shipping.

Great experience there working with Sally! I mailed at least 15 packages to different places in the US ... she took the time to figure out what I was trying to do, understand the best method to get it completed and wrapped, boxed, and got them processed to perfection ... all while I was organizing and double-checking things in store.

This is my go to place for mailing packages and returning my amazon orders. Sally is always welcoming and friendly and the staff here gets me in and out efficiently. There is plenty of parking and they also have packing materials, cards, and a notary service.

Such nice, friendly people...and such excellent service! Kelly is amazing. She helped me get a P.O. box in less than 15 minutes! These folks have always provided prompt, helpful service been when I've gone in for other things, but this truly was some kind of new record. Thanks, Kelly!

This location is open 7 days a week and have multiple employees who are notaries. I’ve never had a problem getting something notarized here. They’re crazy busy in the afternoon, so best to go another time. I also prefer to go here for Amazon returns than Whole Foods. Easier parking, and friendlier staff.

During the pandemic, it was pretty difficult to see people on the regular especially when they're from out of town or state and in order to get gifts to them more I'd start shipping things to them. As i was relatively new to the process Sally was there to help me whenever I had questions about shipping costs, packaging methods and shipping times. She's helped me countless times always trying to provide me with the best possible outcomes for my packages. Thanks for always having my back Sally.

What can I say about this store? Exceptional service. I’ve had to come several times, returning, mailing, fingerprints and each time, I’m met with excellent customer service. Sally goes above and beyond when working with someone, even during busy rush hour I have never been met with anything but a positive attitude.

I came in the UPS store very stressed and Sally helped me feel relaxed while she got my documents notarized. She was very welcoming and friendly. The store is neat and organized. I see regulars coming in and out naturally as the employees multitasking getting the line taken care of in and out.
