Save Mart

Shopping at Save Mart is always a pleasant experience!!! The staff is always friendly & very helpful. I must give a special shoutout to the “bakery” department & Connie in particular. She is a top notch cake maker & decorated as well as an all around nice person!! You will not be disappointed by shopping at this local store!!

I can only say this....
Every time you go shopping to our store, I guarantee you will have the most friendly and helpful employees with a smile on their faces

Almost everything has changed since I posted this review we have new employees, and new different scenarios through the whole store, and when I said "everything has changed" I meant it for better for the most part our produce department looks immaculate, our meat and seafood department is always superb, the whole schematic of the store has changed, and I think it does look much better than before when I posted the original review back over 5 years ago.
But l am 100% sure of one thing, our customer service is STILL our number one priority, and I guarantee you that if you look for me at the store, no matter what problem you may have, I will make sure you leave my store with a smile on your face.

Very kind helpful employees. They help looking for an item. I work for Instacart for the first time and it's very helpful to find something new I never seen before, a brand of a product. This is good because my work says we supposed to ask employees when we need help looking for something. Very 👍🏼

Great grocery store...Amazing Bakery and Butcher!!!

Lots of brands that other stores don't carry that are worth trying.

Good overall. Didn't saave as much as I'd hoped. It can be pricey. But the people are friendly.

Clean. Bright. Very nice selection of GOOD FOOD items at pretty fair prices. Great for organic and non GMO, sugar free, keto and just generally good, clean, healthy food. Plus, nearly all the staff there are nice and kind and helpful, friendly people.

Love this store. Friendly staff, lots of variety, good meats and vegetables sections. Bakery with fresh breads. Totally revamped interior last year. Large and small carts and baskets for quick trips or major food buying. Decent prices. I go alot since it's not a big box store but more of a local place. In a shopping center with Sears, Rite Aid, Tea Donuts, and other small stores. More shopping options across the streets. Fast food places and good restaurants all over.

Save Mart is m favorite grocery store in Tehachapi. They have almost anything you could need for groceries. The quality of food in their cold deli and bakery are pretty good and my family gets most of their birthday cakes from this store. Has lighter frosting instead of sugar available. The staff is also very friendly. This place is pretty much the anti Walmart in town and checkout is a breeze. Highly recommended, but have noticed Walmart can be cheaper. It all depends on what you need and how much.

Update: still the best service. Highly recommended. The whole foods of Tehachapi but not snobby.

Great customer service!! The remodel is wonderful; I just need to adjust myself to all of the changes. They may not have as large of selection as "the other store", but they have enough plenty with much better customer service. Thank you for making my shopping experience a pleasure.

I would like to thank the Bakery making my husband's 70th birthday cake so delicious. It was chocolate with raspberry filling..so many compliments from our guest... People went back for a second piece.... Thumbs up 5 star delicious 😊.

They are handling the renovations while open very well. The new flooring and displays look great, and the new lights are nice. My only complaint is Ive been shopping there for 20 years and now I have to re-learn where everything is! Haha! Consistanly good people on staff, fair prices, and quality products.

Save Mart you are the best. Very friendly people. The meat Dept is Amazing and very well stocked. I love the store because it has everything I need and the store is clean and it always looks great see you soon.

Tehachapi Save Mart employees are awesome! Very friendly, helpful and don’t make me feel like I’m “in the way” with my physical limitations! I find everything I need there and the produce selection and freshness is great!!!

Most of the people who work at Save Mart are cheerful, helpful, and considerate Victor, he is why I keep going back.... I moved out of town but yet I continue to shop at Save Mart just to see his smiling face!!
