Big 5 Sporting Goods

I love the hours they are open and the helpful staff. I came in and was greeted by an employee, Ricky! I was looking for one specific thing and he walked me to correct section and asked questions to understand which product would be best for what I needed. I was purchasing a gift and I appreciated the selection and assistance. Ricky is a keeper.

Great store went by yesterday and got me some shoes on $14 great deal other then that

They took care of me by putting my product on hold until I could pick it up. It helped so much!

Well stocked for the appropriate seasons and friendly staff. Decent prices. The only negative I can say is that it is a crowded in there. Not by people but by merchandise. There's just a little too much inventory. Makes it sort of hard to get around or see what you're looking for. That's not such a total downfall though.

Went here to get Heelys for my daughter. An associate, Terry, helped me. He was REALLY good & patient with my kids who have special needs. Highly recommend.

I thought shopping for running shoes here would be kind of sad. I wasn't wrong but Robert made sure we found something that was acceptable. That guy was too helpful! If not for him, we would have driven to the Tejon Outlets after we gave up at Big 5. We didn't get the exact shoe we wanted but we did save about three hours and a lot of fuel.

Staff was extremely helpful. One young man asked if I had seen their ad. When I told him I hadn't he fetched one for me, letting me know if I had questions or needed help finding something to let him know. I had encounters with 6 team members ALL were helpful and kind.

The store is always clean and well stocked. The staff is always courteous and helpful. I have found them to be quite knowledgeable as well. The prices are reasonable for most products. I especially like their one day sales.

Big 5 is small town sporting goods provider. Its in big cities too, but they're there for us folks farther out too. Get on to their e-coupon list and get daily special deals every day!! I bought a pellet gun and got $10.00 off on top of the already lowered sale price (saved $50). Friendly, helpful staff, knowledgeable about their sporting goods, pleasant to deal with.

Big 5 has been a favorite place to go and shop, as well as just to look around, since I was a kid. We're an avid outdoors family so it's fun just to pop in once in a while and see what kind of gear they have. You can't beat the deals and prices they have. You can find great prices on large hunting packs, ammo, fishing supplies, etc. As long as they're in business, I will shop here.

They had a good sale going on. The staff asked me a few times if i needed,help,finding anything, but not annoyingly so. The ring up process was quick and efficient. I wasnt asked a lot of questions like email, phome number, zipcode and all that BS most Big 5s ask. That was appreciated.
