The Home Depot

The Christmas trees were so beautiful and fresh. We just had to get one. What made it so special was the kindness of the gal that's working in the tree section named Anna. She was so filled with joy and the Christmas spirit. It was very cold outside but her bright smile made it seem a little warmer. Thanks Anna for being so darn sweet. You were enjoying your job and it showed. May you and your family be blessed this holiday season.

Russ in the paint dept. Russ did a task that was beyond the norm because he cared and had the talent. I am a frequent shopper there and the other people there are quite good as well. The management must be doing something right.
I don't feel so bad spending what I spend there because I get service product and in the end my property and projects benefit .

Literally showed up 1 minutes until closing and they still let me in to shop! Luckily I only needed cleaning wipes and was able to get in, get them, and get out in about 2 minutes. Still... Everything (I was able to see) appeared clean and well stocked. The associates were pleasant and professional despite my showing up at closing.

It's never really too crowded, so I usually get things fast. I ordered online and got my items brought to my car quickly. The staff here is ALWAYS friendly and helpful!

Came into the store trying to find a portable a/c unit. A gentleman helped me, he explained to me he was new to the job but had a lot of knowledge about the products. Very helpful, he even plugged in one of the testers to show me how the air flow was. I didn’t catch his name but he’s got excellent customer service skills.

They almost always have what you need.. or if your struggling to find something they will stop what they are doing to help

We ordered my present here..the woman at the Customer Service counter was outstanding...very helpful. Now, the piece we ordered arrived on time HOWEVER the Milwaukee charger or battery sent with the tool doesn't function.. thats frustrating as I had plans to chop up wood this week and now I can't.

This Home Depot's staff is always very helpful.

Got what I needed and this store is not as busy like the other Home Depot.

A lot of times big box stores just sort of prefer to deal in volume. This particular Home Depot has the best customer service of any one of them I've ever been in. Keep it up! It's a good experience to shop here.

It's full of supplies you would need for anything.They also are pretty good at delivery and pick up from the store.

This has to be the NICEST Home Depot ever. They keep everything so clean. The people in customer service are great, the people in each department are great, it's just a great experience every time.

I’d choose this Home Depot over the ones in Palmdale/Lancaster any day. It’s way more quiet and well stocked.

The staff was very helpful had to have some paint mixed and suggested best paint for metal color matched very well no lines for checkout as already Christmas decor set up

AJ helped me in the lumber dept and was very knowledgeable & did a great job helping me with what I needed all with a great attitude. Shannon in flooring helped me from the time I had called ahead before even arriving at the store as well as when I arrived; very helpful & pro-customer service. Isaiah helped with bringing my heavy purchases to the car for me. They all did a great job!
