Let me start out by stating that I am TERRIFIED of the dentist, having has several horrible experiences with dentists in the past.

I cracked a filling recently (no pain, bit I could feel the fracture), so I had to find a new dentist (change of insurance prevented me from seeing my old dentist).

My wife is a patient of Dr Jones at Old Town Dental so naturally I called them. I got an appointment within a week of my initial call, which was a surprise to me. There was a cancellation on the day of my appointment, so they called and got me in a couple hours ahead of schedule.

The front office staff is friendly, informative and efficient.

My technician was very kind, understanding of my nervousness and very gentle. X-rays, exam and cleaning all accomplished with minimal discomfort.

Dr Jones was also informative and gentle, explaining the situation with the filling and my options. They performed an interim procedure to make sure there was no further damage until I could get the tooth restored.

All in all, a very positive experience! I would highly recommend Old Town Dental.

My first visit to the dental office was today and they took me because I had lost a cap on a tooth. I am usually very nervous, but from the moment I walked in the door there was such a calm, friendly, easy-going attitude. I relaxed immediately.. everything was explained beautifully. the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, kind to the patients and to each other also!!
Dr Dave spent time with me. He is so kind he goes above and beyond to make the patient happy. This was an absolutely amazing experience and I will never go to another dentist office. What an absolutely amazing find. You cannot go wrong with this group of people.

Took my Mother In Law in for her first visit on much needed Dental Care. Could not say enough nice things about this office. Friendly and very helpful staff. Doctor was very concern about her care. And came up with a plan that worked for her. Looking forward to her getting her smile back. Highly recommend!

This dentist and staff, I can't express enough how wonderful they are. Extremely friendly, treat you as if they were the one in the chair and to top it off, genuinely care about your dental health! It is the end of the year, Christmas shopping is right around the corner and I needed a crown done ASAP. My dental insurance had been maxed out for 2023 but when they found I had a cracked tooth, they worked with my insurance and considered my financial situation to ensure I could take care of my teeth and family. Thank you Old Town Dental! Highly recommended them!!!

Alexis was so awesome she is very caring about any pain that the x-rays may cause her patient. I enjoyed talking with the ladies in the front as well I forgot my cash discount and they remembered so I received it! Keepers all!!!!

Doctor David was unbelievable. Had two teeth extracted in less than 30 minutes. Absolutely no pain. I'm still in disbelief. Thank you Doctor David Nguyen, still can't believe how well it went. If you ran for president I'd vote for you.

Dr. Jones is my all time favorite dentist. I used to be terrified of dental work before I went to his office, now I look forward to my cleanings and trust their input.
He truly cares about his patients and helped me immensely with an emergency visit recently. The staff is incredibly friendly and genuine as well. The whole office has a very calming, relaxing environment and the work feels gentle. They even followed up with me a few times after the emergency visit to make sure I was okay. 100/10 would recommend.

Liz was out on maternity - so I had Rochelle for my cleaning - wow - another very good hygienist. Dr. David is very cool too!
