Fastrip

Gas was more reasonable than most around here. Lady was nice and I got a receipt. Washed my windows and left in a few minutes. Filled my camry $80. Even.

Last night a kind and thoughtful Faststrip, lady store manager in Tehachapi, CA provided kindness and great assistance for my autistic grandson and myself. My carkeys, phone and purse accidently got locked in my car and we had to wait inside Faststrip out of the cold and rain until road service arrived. You hired a million dollar employee when you brought her onboard. She actually gave her dinner to my grandson. I was amazed at her generosity. Thank you from the bottom of my heart..

One of the cheaper places for gas in town, friendly staff, open 24 hours, good selection of fountain drinks with styrofoam cups (cuz nobody wants a fountain drink in a flimsy plastic cup anyway), working ATM, and seemingly all the other little stuff you'd hope to find in a gas station at 3am on a Thursday.

This place always has that buzzing energy, come, get what you need real quick, and go on your marry way. The employees are nice the bathroom is as clean as the people who use it are. There's water vending machine outside, and a beer cave inside.

It's the cheapest gas in town, and, despite that the big companies tell you, gas is gas. All of the Techrons, V-Power, etc. is snake oil. It is the cheapest in Tehachapi, so I go there every time I fill up.

This is generally a very busy location, so expect a bit of a wait on the pumps or for the restroom. That being said - the restrooms are always clean, the pumps are all functioning, and the coffee is pretty decent.
