Party City

Two and a half weeks ago, I ordered this deluxe Mickey Birthday balloon bouquet at the last minute, the day of the party, and I think I only paid around 30 bucks. We were SHOCKED and thrilled at the massive amount we got, including several fancy mylars and a huge Mickey. They were ready on time and it was easy peasy. I don't know what the heck kind of super duper helium they use, but even the latex balloons lasted 2 full weeks, not drooping. I took this picture tonight of a couple that are still hanging out on my ceiling almost 3 weeks later. I'm going to have to give 5 stars to Party City on their balloon orders, because I've never in my mind 58 years seen balloons last so long! And for so cheap!

1st time here, was disappointed they didn't have any invitations, but it's not their fault. It's like when I went into Best Buy and asked what happened to all the cds...🤷‍♂ What I did find was a very friendly staff who did their best to help me double check there was none and who were all around nice. Kudos to them for being able to organize so much stuff, AND know where ot all is!

I was visiting from Vegas. It was so hard to find a HEB with a working helium tank so I was grateful to find this place and get the balloons I purchased at HEB blown up by them.

Should've just bought the balloons here at Party City, as I paid an arm and a leg for them to inflate the ones i brought in....not their fault, clearly helium shortage is impacting this... great service!!

I found the New Years kit that I needed as well as some nice birthday decorations. Employees were very polite and helpful. This store was clean.

This was a great place to find a big variety of masks. I didn't get this one I just tried it out. I got a better one for which I'll put a picture of later on.

Yesterday, I came into the store to buy a bouquet of balloons for my daughter’s 15th birthday. With so many choices, I was at a loss as to what to get for her (I’m a bit indecisive!)
Elizabeth was so patient, accommodating, and helpful. She is the nicest and most competent associate who has ever helped me. The other lady, Janie, prepped the balloons quickly and did a good job as well.
Overall, it was a great experience, mostly because of Elizabeth and her willingness to help me :)

Always got great options for party stuff! Just a long wait for balloons, so you should pre-order.

Outstanding coustomer service. Brandon (via telephone) went above and beyond in searching for an item I needed. When it wasn’t in stock, without asking, he then checked his database for all store locations’ inventory. Unfortunately Party City didn’t have the item I was wanting, but he found an alternative option that worked out even better. Excellent

Great customer service! Went today during a rush, other customers are too selfish to understand what quality service really entails, they not only coped and did their best but handled it perfectly and gave me service with a smile! Sad when customers don't think about how bad they, other customers and their kids make it for a store and just blame hard workers dealing with it all. Good job !

Very friendly people and they have everything that I need

I felt like a kid in a candy store.

We bought some things for a baby shower online and it was real easy to pick up. The cashiers were very nice and professional at both stores that I went to.
