Cavender's Boot City

This location has great deals with friendly staff always ready to help. Got a great deal on my boots during their big tent sale!

This was the first time I visited this shop. I was helped by a young man named Wyatt.

He was super helpful, well versed in boot differences, and patient while I decided on some work boots.

It's rare these days to get such great service, especially from the younger generation.

I hope his manager sees this.

The girl that rung me up, was also really nice and professional. I'm be back to get some dress boots.

Dope store with all the western wear you could imagine. Prices were above average I would say, however you're getting what you pay for.

Everything is high quality in the store with tons of options for the whole family.

Love this place! Amazing selection in boots, belts, hats, and clothing. I've bought boots here, brought my sister and my goddaughter here for boots and have had a great experience every time. The customer service is amazing, and the prices are reasonable. They also do military discounts. Have been here multiple times and will continue to come here!

Great shop with choices of boots, shirts …

The young man a black cowboy hat. He was especially patient with myself as a customer as he was trying to get my gift cards credited to purchase. An awesome representation of your business. My parents came from Abilene last weekend to visit my family. My Mom loved the outfit I had on. So, I took my MAMA shopping. I love to spoil her just a tad. Well, she found a beautiful blouse . I bought a few accessories secretly just like our Jolly old Elf does

It was my first time buying cowboy boots, And the staff was extremely helpful, associate Doug was extremely sincere and took time to show me all the key points to look for in the perfect boot for myself…I would highly recommend this location

What a wonderful experience. We, a family of 4 from NH were blown away with the politeness, service, knowledge of product, and how they met our "wants" by listening and understanding why we were making the purchase.

We did various activities on this day, and hands down... shopping here was our favorite experience. We will shop with them moving forward. I had the boots shipped from Texas to NH due to luggage restrictions. Smooth transaction and a wonderful place to visit. Thank you for making my daughter feel taken care of and Special. Good section but does feel like your being followed all the time in the store

First day of cold weather of the season, and a Saturday, and the place was packed. Was asked several times if I needed help with anything which is always a pleasant surprise these days. Staff was excellent. Needed a belt as I've put the pounds on and was able to find three. Only needed one. There was some over aggressive people running a special interest table outside the store when you exited. I appreciate what they wanted to talk about but I have things to do like everybody else. Other than that I love this store.

Went by looking for a kids belt. Angela was super helpful getting us sized up and out the door.

We had the best experience shopping for boots here because of the wonderful staff. The cashiers were so friendly and polite. The wonderful older gentleman that helped us find boots for myself and my kids (age 5 and 2) was fantastic! He was so knowledgeable patient and kind. He truly helped me find the perfect pair of boots for work and horseback riding and took the time to help my kids get boots that fit just right and in colors they liked. We will come back again for the next boots because of the staff here. The store was also very clean and organized.

Busy but good...lots of selections for clothes, boots and hats!

The kids section is small but the staff (Jacob) is very helpful when it came to narrowing down the right fit/size for my daughter. Definitely found the right boots for my son.

This location on Culebra and 1604 is the only location we shop at for our western wear for year round apparel as well as getting new clothes or boots for Rodeo time. My granddaughter who is 5 needed a new pair of boots and they were so helpful there and friendly as well. It is easy to shop there, easy to find what you need, it’s a clean and open store to shop at.

Stopped by Cavenders to check out the boot selection and there was a lot of different sizes, colors n styles to choose from. We found a pair of boots we liked. Doug was very helpful, made sure the boot fit was good and made suggestions. Very happy with the service and our purchase.

Always a great place to shop, wasn't happy with the sale associate to take credit for helping.
