Stopped by yesterday to pick up some toys and the staff were so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Victor helped me find the exact right items to fit my price range and Rose was incredibly helpful over the phone when I couldn't figure out how to work the charging port. Really lovely staff and good selection. I've bought toys on the internet and honestly it's better to talk to someone who knows what they're talking about, esp if you're not sure about what you want. Would definitely recommend this store.

This was the first sexy shop I have ever gone to. I felt embarrassed, but the staff was friendly and not intrusive. I was curious about vibrators and Gwen was able to dish out some tips like a close friend. Needless to say I was satisfied with the experience and had a wonderful evening.

I love walking into Romantix. The staff if very friend and educated. The supervisor Victor is very welcoming and makes you feel comfortable. Shana and David are both very generous, kind, and know exactly what to recommend and what not to. The shop isn’t like any other adult store that gives you the creeps. They offer a great deal of variety items from beginning to experts. The times I have visits, the place is always looking clean and smelling fresh. The customer service here is excellent, friendly and helpful. I definitely would recommend to my friends. My visits till this day have never disappointed.

very varied and a service that does not make you feel uncomfortable

Went there to just check the place out and got a great toy for a discount. Never been so happy with the new "toy" I got! I will be sure to come back to that place more than once more. I liked the people working there because they never judged me when I was checking out the "toy" unlike other places. The place was also super clear and well lit, so if you're looking for a great store and with good items on sale this is the place for you, I highly recommend.

This isn't your run of the mill skank hole like most adult stores. This is smack in the middle of Old Town Pasadena of all places. Well lit, lots of space (upstairs and downstairs), and no weirdos hanging around the corner breathing heavy. The wife loves it as well!

A great place. Ask for the stuff on sale there are plenty items at good prices. And the entire store is well organized and clean. Many many options. I felt like child in a play store.
