Apple Pasadena

We bought most of our apple products online, usually with good discounts. This time, I went to buy a new band for my Apple Watch in store. Lisa is very helpful and friendly to introduce us with different products. Thanks to Lisa again. I got the braided solo band which fits my need. I tried a few different types and the experience is very good in store. It is nice to try the products (like watch and bands) before buying, so that you know how it looks and feels on your hand, including the weight, size, color, texture, etc.
In general, the store is neat and well organized. The store size is way much smaller than the one in Shanghai. They don't have that much stock as well, but I am glad the things I need are in stock.
I think it would be better if given parking instructions, especially to customers unfamiliar with the old town Pasadena.

There isn’t much left to say that hasn’t been already said before. My experience with Apple retail has always been fantastic. The staff is always helpful and friendly and they know when to just leave you alone when all you want to do is have a bit of time playing with the devices.

Picked up the iPhone 15 on release day swapping out my iPhone 11. Having paid for it already and scheduling a pick up time I thought I’d be in and out but was a little surprised I had to wait in a line that nearly went around the block. I was annoyed but the person who was at the store entryway ensured me it’d be quick and he was right (also very pleasant). Everything went smooth and ended up being a good experience.

I came in and brought up an issue about my iPhone 10 and John the worker was super helpful. He suggested doing it myself at home since the wait would be like 1hr for the next appointment, and I was in a time crunch. Glad I went here and not Glendale!

Friendly employees and a ton of geniuses on the floor really help wrangle and manage the flow of customers in this relatively small Apple store. I went in because of an issue with my MacBook but wasn’t able to drop it off being that I was only in town for a visit. They were able to contact another store local to where I live and even set up my repair appointment as that store had the part in stock and this one didn’t. Regardless, they were upfront about all expected cost, parts to be looked at and swapped and made sure all my questions were answered.

Always love going to this store. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Specially Tam is the best😊 She helped us during my daughter’s MacbookAir purchase. It was a pleasant experience 💐

Like I said on my Instagram story, "the place where people follow trends and know nothing about phones besides it's best feature, the camera" The phones weren't for me but service was pretty good. My card got declined 2 times yesterday and came back today to pick it up. Other than that, I can't really say much besides it being busy. My first experience and will probably return for any Apple product that I get requested for, because I'm a googlestan!

The technicians are always so knowledgeable and experienced. They always have the answer. And they fixed my problem in under 30 minutes.

I don't have an appointment. It was a walk-in. I needed my iPhone unlocked and couldn't access my data. They unlocked it for "FREE". Professional experience.

Ordered iPhone 12 and it says pick up will be ready between 10:15 to 10:30am. When we got there it only took 10 mins. and we got the iPhone right away! Great customer service in this Old Town Pasadena store.

I've gone to this Apple store for years and I have never received poor service, not even once. I've had to bring in a MacBook probably three times, replace an iPad probably once, and this time I was buying a birthday gift for someone. They're always friendly, they always seem on top of it as soon as you walk through the door and I have to say Apple customer service is among the top of my service experiences. Though I'm an Android user, I can see the pull and draw of customize and immediate service. There was only one time that I was not that happy with the answer I received about a defective iPad, but it worked out nonetheless. Excellent service!

The place is really well structured. Staff is always happy to help customers. I wanted to purchase a macbook and they were quick when placing the order. Note: Make sure to make your appointment for purchasing before hand; they might face a wait time up to an hour.

This was my first time visiting Apple Pasadena and it was the best experience I’ve had in an Apple Store EVER. I’ve been an Apple user for almost two decades and recently visited Apple Pasadena to make a computer purchase for my business. I appreciated being greeted at the door, asked about the nature of my visit, and placed in a virtual queue for a few minutes while I browsed. Lloyd soon walked up to assist me, was extremely knowledgeable about MacBook options, and asked thoughtful questions to steer me in the right direction. In the end we landed on a 14” M2 MacBook Pro and I couldn’t be any happier with my purchase. Lloyd was super friendly and great to work with. The best part: I was in an out in 15 minutes. Love that. I came to do an exchange, while the the initial response from the first rep was a no, he was very polite and trying to find ways to assist me. He guided me where to go and accepted my request and told me to wait until someone came to help me. The second representative who assisted me was Metzli. She is the kindest and most energetic person I have met at the store and it is because of her fantastic attitude I felt fully comfortable at the store. She was very kind and helpful and made sure I was satisfied with my exchange. I would like to mention also that management there seems to be positive as the overall vibe from the employees seems very enthusiastic. Hopefully your visit at Apple Pasadena will be great and if not request Metzli, she will be glad to help you :)

I had a great time at the Apple Store. I didn't have an appointment so my wait time was long. They had a cleaner there making sure the phones, tables, and glass doors where clean. Of course I appreciate that. The employees were very kind and helpful.

I was there to replace my iPhone 12 Mini.
Because I had insurance and warranty still valid replacement was only $99. I treated myself to a privacy screen protector and a leather red case. The phone came out beautifully. Thank you Apple.

Bought two iPhone 14 Pro Max & an iWatch SE. The sales person was very helpful and explained everything pretty well. Had the option to try on different coloured watch dials with straps to see which looks the best. Had a good experience overall.
