The customer service at the Paseo Colorado store in Pasadena was pretty decent. Not the best, but better than what one would usually get at a hip/young millennial-genZ clothing store. I LOVE H&Ms clothing recycle campaign. You get 15% off your entire store purchase if you show up with your old clothes to recycle. The clothes don't need to be H&M clothes either. It's a fantastic gimmick! It's the main reason why I finally bought something from H&M. Before today, I'd never shopped at H&M. I got some pretty good finds at a very low cost. Gotta love fast fashion! Not sure how long they'll last me, but I'm sure that the clothes recycle service will bring me back for more! Check out my haul!

I find it harder to find things here. Maybe out of season? Always a great store. Friendly staff though.

I lovelovelove that they collect textiles for redistribution or recycling. It's a shame (and quite surprising) that it's so hard to find places to recycle textiles in LA. The fact that they are committed to this effort has convinced me shop here regularly. Plus the staff and customer service is rock solid.

Yes. I love shopping at H&m this is my favorite designer store. You can find beautiful clothes and accessories and shoes.. yes i will be back. On my birthday 2 / 23 20 20.. 💋💜😂🍰👑 the stuff are always nice / the store is always clean and neat.. LOL. You can eat off there floors .😂😂😂 they have children's clothing line and shoes line. Also men's wear. 2. LoL you might find a outfit for your cute doggie 😂😂

This is such a nice store...not over crowded, you can try on clothes, great selection and really easy parking

I always find a great casual and business casual attire here. They have a great clearance section, but sometimes it's worth paying more for the item you want.
